Jacket sizing issue
I bought this jacket online not too long ago and I relied on the size guide they had on the website. But when it showed up, it was way off and just didn't fit right. So I reached out to customer service to see about swapping it, but they hit me with their strict "no exchange" rule. They basically told me I had to send the jacket back and then buy it again at a much higher price, which is not only a pain but also costs more. I was pretty bummed and frustrated by their lack of flexibility and not really caring about what I needed. Compared to other outdoor stores, their exchange policy and customer service just didn't measure up.
