I recently splurged on some fancy outdoor gear online. But guess what? My order never made it to my door. When I asked for help, they just told me to deal with the shipping company and it could take forever to sort out, like up to 2 weeks. That's not cool at all. I think companies need to step up and make sure our orders get to us, instead of making us jump through hoops. Super disappointed in the way this went down and the lack of care for us customers.
