Order cancelled after 1 month
So, eh, I just made a purchase through Private Sport Shop and, unfortunately, after waiting a whole month, my order got cancelled because the supplier didn't have it in stock. I was feeling pretty frustrated and let down by the whole thing, you know? And to top it off, I only found out it was cancelled on the day it was supposed to be delivered, talk about inconvenient, eh? Now I'm really starting to doubt how reliable and transparent their whole ordering process is, and I think I'll have to think twice before making any more purchases from them in the future.

I recently received the Miracle Balm from your brand and I have to say, it definitely lives up to the hype! The texture is fantastic and it really does wonders for my skin. I tried the Au Naturel shade and it gave me a beautiful natural glow that I adore. I'm excited to try out more shades in the future. Also, I appreciate the transparency in clarifying your brand's affiliation at the bottom of your Instagram page. It's nice to know the truth about the products we enjoy.

Hosting service satisfaction
Interserver totally blew me away in every way, but what really stood out was their amazing customer service. The tech support person I dealt with was super smart and really quick to help, plus they were super nice. It was like having my own personal assistant - I'd ask for something and it was done, no problem. Even though I felt like I might have bugged them too much, they never made me feel bad. They took care of all my concerns and got everything set up perfectly.

I gotta say, the contact lenses I got from this online store were top-notch quality and at crazy low prices I've never seen before. I've checked out other online places before and ended up with some sketchy contacts that gave me an eye infection - total nightmare. The programming is really interesting and I learned a lot. It's just too bad that my husband signed us up for auto-renewal before he passed away. When I saw the charge on my bill, I contacted the company to ask for a refund. They were super quick in getting back to me, super polite, and went out of their way to help, especially with everything I was dealing with. I was really impressed with how great their customer service was.

I tried buying stuff from this store twice now, and both times they canceled my order without saying why. I put 6 things then 10 things in my cart, then they just took them all out. It's annoying to have stuff disappear from my cart when they're supposedly available. Feels like a waste of time and a letdown, you know?

Lost package refund
I had a really bad experience with a missing package from this store recently. I let them and the shipping company know on November 29th. Even though the package was marked as delivered, it was just left on top of my mailbox in the open. When my daughter got home, the package was nowhere to be seen. I asked Journeys for a refund, but they said they couldn't give one because the carrier said it was delivered. It's not right to blame the carrier for this mess, it's their fault for leaving the package where it could disappear. Journeys should own up to the lost package since we bought from them. We're not looking for a refund from the carrier, we want one from the store. We'll keep pushing for a refund and will take our complaint to the right consumer protection agencies if we have to. This whole thing has left a bad taste in my mouth, and I won't be doing business with them again.
