Auto-renewal subscription surprise
The programming is really interesting and I learned a lot. It's just too bad that my husband signed us up for auto-renewal before he passed away. When I saw the charge on my bill, I contacted the company to ask for a refund. They were super quick in getting back to me, super polite, and went out of their way to help, especially with everything I was dealing with. I was really impressed with how great their customer service was.

Recent purchase of two watches
I just bought two watches from this company and I am so happy with my experience. Everything went smoothly, the watches arrived well packaged, and they got here within a week of me ordering them. They are real and working great. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in search of quality watches.

Lost package refund
I had a really bad experience with a missing package from this store recently. I let them and the shipping company know on November 29th. Even though the package was marked as delivered, it was just left on top of my mailbox in the open. When my daughter got home, the package was nowhere to be seen. I asked Journeys for a refund, but they said they couldn't give one because the carrier said it was delivered. It's not right to blame the carrier for this mess, it's their fault for leaving the package where it could disappear. Journeys should own up to the lost package since we bought from them. We're not looking for a refund from the carrier, we want one from the store. We'll keep pushing for a refund and will take our complaint to the right consumer protection agencies if we have to. This whole thing has left a bad taste in my mouth, and I won't be doing business with them again.
