    Leather boots

    So I got these leather boots from this store, right? And man, when they arrived, they were all scuffed up and creased at the toes, like someone already wore them. So I reached out to customer service and they said they'd send me a new pair that hadn't been worn. But then I get an email saying they're actually out of stock and wanna give me a refund instead. I told them straight up, I wanted a replacement, not my money back. And they didn't even offer me a similar product. On top of that, the refund didn't even cover what I paid for shipping or the cost to send the shoes back. All they did was give me a $10 gift card, like that would make up for all the trouble. To be honest, I'm pretty ticked off about how the whole thing was handled. No transparency, and definitely not a satisfying resolution from the customer service team.

    Stolen shoe delivery

    I had a really bad experience buying shoes online. The delivery came early, but my package got stolen on the same day. I had video proof and even reported it to the police, but the company refused to do anything about it. Their lack of taking responsibility and terrible customer service left me feeling super let down. It's so annoying to spend money on something only to have it stolen without getting any help or money back.

    Crocs for my 10-year-old grandchild

    I bought some Crocs for my grandkid but they got a hole in the sole after only three weeks. I called to exchange them but they said it was from regular use. C’mon, my grandchild is not out there repairing the roads! I believe that the shoes were just faulty. It's not right that they won't exchange them. I'm done shopping there!

    Shoes refund issue

    I got these shoes, right? But they didn't fit, so I had to send them back. When I finally got my cash back, it was actually less than what I paid in the first place! So I called customer service like three times, but they couldn't sort it out. It's like, come on, y'all gotta know what's going on over there. One of them tells me they're not giving back the tax, the other says shipping ain't included either. I crunched the numbers, and somethin' just ain't right. Basically, they're taking our money and running. I'll never be shopping at that place again.

    I ordered something online and they said it would arrive in 3-5 business days. But it's been 8 days now and my order still hasn't even been sent out. I wanted to cancel, but they said no and told me I gotta wait for it to arrive, then haul myself to a store to get my money back. It's been pretty annoying and just a letdown overall.

    My new shoes

    I bought these shoes that were supposed to be on sale, but when I tried to use the discount code, it didn't work. I sent a message to customer service a few days ago, but I haven't heard back yet. Finally, when I was able to talk to someone, they said they couldn't help me. Seriously? It's not my fault the sale didn't go through! I definitely won't be shopping there again, that's for sure.

    I recently tried to exchange a pair of shoes I bought, but after waiting 8 weeks, I still haven't gotten my new shoes. I had to call customer service to give them the tracking number for the exchange, and even though they kept saying it was being processed, I found out 8 weeks later that it never actually happened and I got a refund instead. It's been super frustrating and a total waste of my time. I'm really let down by the customer service and won't be buying anything from there again.

    Stolen package

    I had a really frustrating experience with my order from this company. They sent my package with FedEx and it arrived earlier than expected, but someone stole it from my doorstep. When I reached out to the company, they wouldn't send me a new package or give me a refund. I was so disappointed by their lack of care for their customers, it made me feel frustrated and powerless. It's a shame that a small mistake on their part led to such a bad experience for me. I won't be buying from them again.

    Sneaker purchase disappointment

    I bought a pair of sneakers from this store not too long ago and it didn't go well. The delivery was messed up by FedEx, the courier service, because they just left the package at the front of my house where anyone could take it. Even though I left a note asking for another delivery attempt if no one was home, FedEx didn't listen. So I ended up losing my money without getting the product I ordered. Trying to sort things out with Journeys didn't help at all, they just said I lost my money. This whole situation has really let me down and made me feel annoyed.

    Shoes for my daughter

    I popped into that store to pick up some shoes for my daughter, and let me tell you, the customer service was exceptional. The salesperson, named Ramses, was super helpful, patient, and really polite. Even though they didn't have my daughter's size in stock, he went out of his way to order them online for me. The young lady at the register who was also helping Ramses was just as great. Both employees were really professional and made my shopping trip a breeze. I'll definitely be returning to this store again.

    My $100 shoes got delivered to the wrong house and Journeys wouldn't even help me out! They just told me to deal with Fed Ex on my own and now I'm stuck waiting for their investigation. Journeys should have just replaced my shoes or given me a refund. Their customer service is absolute garbage! I swear, I'm never shopping with them again!

    I went to the Journeys store at Eastland Mall and the manager, Meadow James, helped me swap my short Uggs for some black tall boots. She was really nice and made sure I got exactly what I was looking for. I'll definitely be back at Journeys for all my shoe needs!

    I got these really nice sneakers from here a few months back, and now the sole is pretty much falling apart. I tried to return them, but they refused because they've been, well, used.     Apple Pay Order Issue

    Tried to order online using Apple Pay but the payment didn't go through. My cart got emptied and I only received a pending charge notification without a confirmation email. When I contacted customer service, they admitted to having website issues and suggested using a debit or credit card instead. However, they were quite rude when explaining the authorization process. I won't be ordering from them again because I don't like pre-authorizations and not having control over my payment methods.

    Every time I go to this store in the mall, the workers are always putting their dirty shoes on the benches while they chat with each other, so gross! And when I try on the shoes and sit on those benches, I feel like I'm sitting in a pigsty. Also, why do they need to blast the music so loud? I can't even think about whether I want to buy the shoes or not with all that noise. Slow down, let me think about it!

    I recently ordered something online and got sent two different sizes even though both were supposed to be size 12. It took forever for them to send me a return label, and on top of that, I used a payment plan that charges me every two weeks. Not only did I not get my money back for the wrong sizes, but I got charged again for the items I didn't even want. The whole experience was just terrible.

    New Shoes Ordered

    So I ordered some new shoes from the store near my house and I was so excited to get them. The lady at the store helped me out and everything seemed fine. But then, the next day I get an email saying they cancelled my order! Can you believe that? I've been waiting for my refund for 3 whole weeks now and they still haven't given it to me. I'm so mad! I'm never buying from them again, that's for sure.

    Two shoes ordered

    I received a notification saying my shoes were delivered, but they never showed up! I even checked with my neighbors, but no luck. I contacted customer service, but they were not helpful at all. It's frustrating! I wouldn't recommend dealing with them.
