I ordered something online and they said it would arrive in 3-5 business days. But it's been 8 days now and my order still hasn't even been sent out. I wanted to cancel, but they said no and told me I gotta wait for it to arrive, then haul myself to a store to get my money back. It's been pretty annoying and just a letdown overall.

I just got my order from this company and I gotta say, I'm really happy with the stuff I got. The materials are top-notch and the quality of the craftsmanship is amazing. The only thing that kinda sucked was that it took longer than I thought it would for my order to arrive, about two weeks in total.
