I got these really nice sneakers from here a few months back, and now the sole is pretty much falling apart. I tried to return them, but they refused because they've been, well, used. Duh, that's why there's a problem in the first place. Totally unfair. I've been wearing shoes from this place for 20 years and never had a problem. I'm never going back, no way!
