    Color quality exceeded expectations

    I wasn't sure about ordering at first because of some bad experiences with other companies. It made me doubt if the quality and color would be any good. But I was actually really happy with how the color turned out and how awesome the canvas looked. The packaging was also really well done. I loved it so much that I placed another order right away after getting my first one. I'm super satisfied with the company overall and for sure will be coming back to order more. Thank you!

    Wall mural purchase

    I just bought a wall mural from this company and I gotta say, I was really let down by the quality. After coming back from a trip, I opened up the package and the image was all blurry and pixelated, totally useless for what I needed. And even though the product clearly had a defect, the company wouldn't give me a refund because the 30-day return policy had passed. That's just not right - they should own up to their mistakes and take care of their customers. I really wouldn't recommend shopping with this company if you care about quality and good customer service.

    Shoes for my daughter

    I popped into that store to pick up some shoes for my daughter, and let me tell you, the customer service was exceptional. The salesperson, named Ramses, was super helpful, patient, and really polite. Even though they didn't have my daughter's size in stock, he went out of his way to order them online for me. The young lady at the register who was also helping Ramses was just as great. Both employees were really professional and made my shopping trip a breeze. I'll definitely be returning to this store again.

    I bought some clothes at Bloomingdale's in the mall the other day. Hala Abdulkarim, the sales associate, was so helpful and knew a lot about the products. She really went above and beyond in helping me and made my shopping trip a great one. Thanks to her awesome service, I'll definitely be going back to that store in the future.

    I recently bought some clothes and accessories from this company. But, let me tell you, the whole thing was a huge disappointment. I placed my order on a specific date, and even got a notification saying my package was on its way with the postal carrier. But guess what? I never got it. And the worst part is, I can't get a hold of anyone at the company. My emails got ignored, and whenever I tried calling, no one answered. Their customer service seems to be non-existent since their voicemail boxes are always full. It's beyond frustrating and feels like I got scammed. The fact that my order went through without me confirming it makes me question if this company is even legit. It's a stressful and upsetting experience that I wouldn't want anyone else to go through. My advice? Stay away from this company. You could end up in the same boat as me, out of money and without your stuff.

    Bric's messed up my order big time and now I'm dealing with the headache of trying to return it and get my money back. It's been over a month and their customer service is seriously the worst. They don't give a darn about the mistake they made. Definitely steer clear of this company if you can!

    I bought a backpack from this store not too long ago, eh, and lemme tell ya, I got some thoughts on it. When I first got it, I was all impressed with how well it was made and the design - seemed like it was exactly what I needed. But after just a few months of using it regularly, I started noticing some major wear and tear. The material started fraying, the seams were coming apart, and the straps were showing signs of wear. I was counting on this product to last longer, especially for the price I paid, so I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with how quickly it's falling apart, eh.

    So, I grabbed this USB cable because their software was not cooperating with my Wi-Fi, and it ended up working great with my computer. But then I discovered that I have to cough up some cash for a license every time I want to move files between computers, which is just not cool at all. Now, my pricey cable is just gathering dust. I am really not impressed!
