    I had a really crappy experience with customer service at this store. I had issues before with getting refunds late, but I thought I'd try again with some in-store pick-up orders. When I called to ask about my order, the person on the phone said I was lying and then just hung up on me when I tried to show proof. That's not cool at all, and I won't be giving my business to a company that treats their customers like that.

    My recent experience with the customer service of the online clothing store was really frustrating. I got a damaged clothing item and when I tried to contact them by email, I didn't get any help. When I chatted with them, they just told me to bring the item to a store or send it back. But there's no store in my province, so any return or replacement would be on my dime. It's annoying to not get any compensation or help for a product that came damaged from their error. As someone who works in e-commerce, I think it's unacceptable to treat customers like this. Other companies usually offer solutions like exchanging for a new product, discounted shipping, or a future discount to make sure customers are happy and keep coming back. I'm really disappointed with how they handled this, and now I see their brand in a different light.

    Seamless collection

    The Garage has some really cute stuff, especially in their seamless collection. I really love their tops and bottoms, they fit perfectly and are so comfy. I would definitely suggest taking a look at what they have. But, I have to admit, some of their prices are a little steep for what you're getting.

    Gift card purchase issue

    I had the absolute worst time trying to buy a gift card from this store. I ordered it online, but UPS messed up and didn't deliver it. They left a note saying it was at a certain spot for me to pick up, but when I got there, the gift card was nowhere to be seen. I got in touch with UPS and the store, but neither of them wanted to own up to the mistake or help me out. So, I had to buy the gift card again while I wait for a refund, which still hasn't come through.

    My experience at that store wasn't great. The stuff I bought was damaged or didn't have tags, and when I asked for a refund, they said I missed the time frame even though it was within the 30-day return period. The customer service team wasn't very helpful or understanding, which was annoying. It seems like they might have a rule to not give refunds for cheap items that are damaged.     I had a frustrating experience with this company when I made a mistake with my billing and shipping addresses for an order. I contacted customer service right away to fix the error, but they were not helpful at all. They wouldn't change the address, so my order went to the wrong place.     Unauthorized purchase of jeans

    My recent experience with that online store was just awful, eh! They sent me a second pair of jeans that I didn't even want, and then had the nerve to charge me for it, can you believe that? I let them know about their mistake, but haven't heard a peep back about getting a return label or about their so-called investigation. It's like they're crossing their fingers and hoping I'll just forget about it or something. Well, not gonna happen! I won't be buying anything from them again, especially not online.

They don't have much of a selection, sizes are all over the place, and don't even get me started on the customer service. It's baffling how they're still open. My advice?     Online order double charged

    So I just did an online order and picked it up in-store. It was a total disaster. I got an email afterward that showed I was charged double the amount. I asked about it, and they just said it was a glitch. But when I checked my bank, sure enough, I was charged twice. They took forever to respond and then said they only charge when you pick up, but my bank shows otherwise. I showed them proof, but they still said it wasn't their fault. It's been so stressful and frustrating. Not surprised I haven't shopped here since high school.
