I bought a wallet from them a little while ago, and after just a few months, it already had marks and the material was peeling off. I was pretty upset about how low-quality the product was and the not-so-great service from the brand. To make matters worse, they wanted me to cover the cost of shipping for a replacement.

Hey there, just wanted to share my recent experience at this store. I was pretty disappointed when they wouldn't let me exchange a piece of clothing that didn't fit, just because I had taken off the tag. I've spent a lot of money here and feel like they should have been more understanding. The staff's attitude makes me question their management and policies. This whole situation has actually made me think twice about coming back here as a customer. Just wanted to put that out there.

The best part is it's tiny and fits perfectly in my pocket, so I can bring it everywhere. Plus, it's rechargeable, so I don't have to keep buying batteries all the time. It makes me feel like a secret agent when I use it!
