S1 Dango Wallet
So, I got this S1 Dango Wallet for Christmas, eh? It's pretty cool and slick, and I was really pumped to give 'em to my fam. But when the package arrived, only one out of the three I ordered was in there! I was like, "What the heck?!" But I reached out to customer support, and it took a bit to get a response because of Christmas and all that, but they totally came through, eh. Three days later, my missing items showed up, and everything was all good. The wallets are sweet, eh, and I'll definitely order from them again for sure.
Dad's gift, D03 Dapper Wallet, Maverick Wallet
I just bought my dad a D03 Dapper Wallet and treated myself to a Maverick Wallet from this awesome company. They offer a great variety of products like belts, wallets, and watches. When I needed some help deciding on a gift for my dad, they gave me all the details about their products and how they're made. It really made it easier for me to choose and I even ended up snagging a wallet for myself too. Everything arrived pretty quickly and I'm happy to say that they're both working out great so far.
D007 Pen Wallet
I bought the D007 Pen Wallet and it's really nice and stylish. I loved the design, it looked great, and it had everything I needed in a wallet. The quality was excellent, the material felt strong and like it would last a long time. But, I was a bit bummed because the pen that was supposed to come with the wallet based on the images wasn't included. I was hoping to have a pen with the wallet for extra convenience.
Recent EDC purchase
I just gotta say, I bought this Everyday Carry (EDC) thing from your company and I am so darn happy with it. The quality is amazing, you can tell they really put a lot of effort into making it just right. It's tough as nails and looks pretty darn good too, fits right in with my daily gear. I've already gotten a bunch of compliments on it and I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase.
Wallet purchase
I bought a wallet from them a little while ago, and after just a few months, it already had marks and the material was peeling off. I was pretty upset about how low-quality the product was and the not-so-great service from the brand. To make matters worse, they wanted me to cover the cost of shipping for a replacement.
Confusion with shipping
I found the shipping a bit confusing at first, but then the CEO actually reached out to me personally to help fix the issue within an hour of when I contacted them. The customer service was really great, so I would definitely recommend them.

Just wanted to tell you how much I love the stuff I got from here. I've got 4 different wallets now, and each one is so cool and clever. The belt and buckle are top quality, and the AirTag band is super handy. And don't even get me started on the pen - writes like a dream! I always get pumped when you drop new products 'cause I know they're gonna be amazing. Thanks a bunch!

Bought a really cool wallet and some accessories
I got this amazing wallet from here and a whole bunch of other cool stuff. So, I had a little issue with one of the clips, but they fixed it really quickly! I've got a ton of products from them and they're all top quality. Honestly, their stuff is really awesome.

Dapper D01 wallet
After designing products for over 20 years, I was really let down by the D01 wallet I got. The website said it could hold 12 cards, but in reality, it could barely manage 6-7 cards, especially with raised numbers. The plate inside didn't keep the cards secure in the aluminum frame, so they could easily slip out. And when I asked for a refund because the product description was wrong, they only reimbursed me for the item itself, not the expensive shipping fees to and from the UK. The wallet had potential, but it fell short in how it was made. Overall, a badly designed product that didn't live up to my expectations.
Delayed delivery, poor communication
I was so disappointed with the customer service I got from this company. I ordered in early April and even paid for faster shipping. But guess what? The stuff didn't show up until twelve days later, even though it was coming from real close by. Can you believe the package went all the way to Florida before it finally got to me? When I tried to cancel my order, it took them forever to respond, and by then the stuff was already here. Their reply was so weak, just a quick "sorry for the delay" with no real effort to fix things. I had to pay to send the stuff back, and their emails were rude and unapologetic.
M1 wallet with forgotten tether
Yeah, so I got this really cool M1 wallet online from Europe, you know? But can you believe it? I totally forgot to add a tether to my order! 🤦♀️ So, I right away sent them a message asking to hold my order and add the tether, even if I had to pay extra. But instead of getting any response, they just went ahead and shipped my order! Like, seriously? So, I messaged them again, asking them to wait with the shipment so I could add the tether. But still, no reply and the order got shipped. What a letdown, man. Now I'm stuck with all these extra fees from FedEX and EU import duties. 🤬 I have to order the tether separately and deal with more FedEX fees. It's so frustrating. The wallet is great and all, but the whole ordering process and customer service was a disappointment. I hope the wallet holds up because dealing with that kind of customer support is not cool, you know? But then, Charlie came to the rescue! He fixed everything way better than I expected. It was amazing service! When the CEO himself handles complaints, you know they really value their customers. 👍👍 Now I'm a happy customer again! Yay for Dango! 🎉

A wallet titanium
I recently bought a titanium A wallet from this company, and it was a total disaster. When I got the wallet, I realized that it couldn't fit my metal credit cards because of the way it was designed. I contacted the company, and they said I could return the wallet, but I'd have to pay for the shipping, which is their policy. Even though I tried to ask for an exception because there was no info about compatibility on their website, they just stopped replying to my emails and ignored my requests. Eventually, I sent the wallet back on my own dime, and now, a week later, I still haven't gotten my partial refund. This company obviously doesn't value its customers, and their customer service is just terrible.
Wallet purchase
I got a wallet online, but it's taking forever to arrive. I've sent them so many emails, and they finally replied saying they don't know where it is. When I asked to cancel my order, they ignored me. So annoying.
Tactical wallet
I recently bought a tactical wallet from this company, but my experience wasn't as good as before. After I ordered it, I didn't hear anything about my shipment. I had to email customer support to ask about it, and that's when I finally got a tracking number. They said it wouldn't be shipped until they restocked because it was in high demand. I was disappointed because I never had to wait this long before. The customer service person I talked to didn't seem to know what was going on, which made me even more frustrated.
