Yeah, so I got this really cool M1 wallet online from Europe, you know? But can you believe it? I totally forgot to add a tether to my order! 🤦‍♀️ So, I right away sent them a message asking to hold my order and add the tether, even if I had to pay extra. But instead of getting any response, they just went ahead and shipped my order! Like, seriously? So, I messaged them again, asking them to wait with the shipment so I could add the tether. But still, no reply and the order got shipped. What a letdown, man. Now I'm stuck with all these extra fees from FedEX and EU import duties. 🤬 I have to order the tether separately and deal with more FedEX fees. It's so frustrating. The wallet is great and all, but the whole ordering process and customer service was a disappointment. I hope the wallet holds up because dealing with that kind of customer support is not cool, you know? But then, Charlie came to the rescue! He fixed everything way better than I expected. It was amazing service! When the CEO himself handles complaints, you know they really value their customers. 👍👍 Now I'm a happy customer again! Yay for Dango! 🎉

I recently bought a tactical wallet from this company, but my experience wasn't as good as before. After I ordered it, I didn't hear anything about my shipment. I had to email customer support to ask about it, and that's when I finally got a tracking number. They said it wouldn't be shipped until they restocked because it was in high demand. I was disappointed because I never had to wait this long before. The customer service person I talked to didn't seem to know what was going on, which made me even more frustrated.
