When I tried to cancel my subscription to avoid getting hit with that auto-renewal, it was a total nightmare. No easy way to do it online. I did everything customer service told me to and thought I cancelled my plan, but surprise, I still got charged for another year come December. Every time I tried to get help, I kept getting the same canned response denying me a refund. Like, seriously, the lack of transparency and accountability in their business? Super sketchy if you ask me.

The flowers I got were really nice, but they weren't exactly what I ordered. Still, they made a great surprise for my wife's birthday. I'm grateful for the work put into the arrangement and the thoughtfulness of the gesture.
