    Monthly journal subscription

    I decided to give the monthly journal subscription a shot after coming across an ad online. I was really interested in the personalized tips and tricks they shared on social media. The fact that the Founder & CEO is such a motivated person who made the journal to help with personal challenges really struck a chord with me. When I got my first journal, I was pleasantly surprised. The Mood Tracker, Habit Tracker, special pages, and Weekly Setup were super helpful. I deal with anxiety and go to therapy, so having a journal that combines mood tracking, habit tracking, sleep tracking, and weekly layouts has been a game-changer for me. Being able to keep an eye on my exercise and sleep has been a big help. As an annual member, my overall experience has been awesome. The journals always show up on time, and from what I've heard from other members, Customer Care is top-notch. My personal journey with this company has been absolutely fantastic. If you're on the fence about trying it out, I definitely recommend it for the positive impact it's had on my life.

    I recently got a journal from Silk and Sonder and I gotta say, it's exactly what I didn't know I needed.     I just got a yearly subscription, but it hasn't been going great. The first journal I got was all messed up and when I asked for a new one, it came really late in the month so I couldn't use it much. Then, the next one was a repeat which was really annoying. I asked for a refund from customer service but they said no. I'm pretty disappointed with the low quality, slow responses, and overall bad experience.

    Be careful with this company, eh! They make it seem all easy to sign up, but cancelling is a total nightmare, you know? They won't remove your payment info and sneakily renew your membership without asking. Definitely steer clear of these scammers, eh!

    I was so pumped to give this subscription service a try, but man, was I ever disappointed. The customer service was seriously lacking, giving off unwelcoming and exclusive vibes on social media. I really wanted to stick around as a member, but jacking up the monthly fee by 50%? Not cool. Not everyone can drop over $200 for an annual membership in one go - it feels super snobby and like they're just catering to the rich. C'mon now, this service should be for everyone, not just the elite. Time to step up your game. Pretty bummed doesn't even come close to how I'm feeling.

    My experience was awful, eh? I couldn't even log in to change my subscription, so I ended up getting charged for the whole year. The customer service team's reply was so disappointing, they just told me about their no refunds policy and kept pushing for me to just enjoy the subscription for the rest of the year. Not being able to turn off the auto-renewal without any heads-up was really annoying. I really don't want to keep getting these items for the next 11 months, and those constant coupons they send aren't even helpful, eh.

    So I signed up for their service recently, eh, and man was I ever let down. They’re all about that MLM way of marketing, pressuring you to get your buddies involved in all sorts of tasks. When I tried to cancel my subscription to avoid getting hit with that auto-renewal, it was a total nightmare. No easy way to do it online. I did everything customer service told me to and thought I cancelled my plan, but surprise, I still got charged for another year come December. Every time I tried to get help, I kept getting the same canned response denying me a refund. Like, seriously, the lack of transparency and accountability in their business? Super sketchy if you ask me.

    Hey there, I've been a loyal customer of this planner service for a while now, but I've been really let down by the fact that my planners haven't been delivered for the past three months. I've updated my address multiple times and even checked with customer service, but somehow they keep getting sent to my old address where nobody lives now. I've tried reaching out to customer service through different ways but haven't gotten any response. This lack of communication and failure to fix the issue goes against everything this brand stands for. It's really disappointing since I've always loved using their products.

    I recently bought a year-long subscription for a planner from this company. Unfortunately, I ran into a bunch of problems when I was placing my order and after I got my package. They didn't ask me to make an account when I was ordering, and it turns out that the terms and conditions had an auto-renewal clause that ended up charging me unexpectedly. Even though I tried reaching out to customer service to explain, I haven't heard back from them at all. On top of that, their refund policy doesn't seem very clear since they don't want to give back my money even though I couldn't cancel the subscription because my account was incomplete. Overall, I'm pretty let down by how this company has been handling things. It's important for folks to know about these problems before they buy anything.
