When I got my first journal, I was pleasantly surprised. The Mood Tracker, Habit Tracker, special pages, and Weekly Setup were super helpful. I deal with anxiety and go to therapy, so having a journal that combines mood tracking, habit tracking, sleep tracking, and weekly layouts has been a game-changer for me. Being able to keep an eye on my exercise and sleep has been a big help. As an annual member, my overall experience has been awesome. Hey there, I've been a loyal customer of this planner service for a while now, but I've been really let down by the fact that my planners haven't been delivered for the past three months.
