I got this new jacket and shoes from the store and I was really pumped about it! But then they said it would come real quick, and it didn't. The folks at the store were not very nice, seemed like they had no idea where my stuff was! It's a bummer when you pay up and they don't come through.

In November, I couldn't resist the amazing deal on body butters at this store. $15.00 for a 200 ml body butter was too good to pass up, so I ordered 8 of them. Unfortunately, I found out later that my order was cancelled by the store without informing me beforehand. As someone who shops here often, I was pretty frustrated and disappointed by the lack of communication and customer service, especially since some of the butters were supposed to be Christmas gifts. I really hope the store can work on improving their communication and fixing this issue for the future.

I bought these speakers that were supposed to be top quality, but every time I go to use them, I have to reset everything because they won't connect properly. Even though I double-checked all the settings and didn't mess with anything, the app just can't seem to find my system. Now I don't even bother using the speakers because it's such a hassle and so annoying. Definitely wouldn't suggest them to anyone.

Yeah, so I had 5 shirts in my cart but then I was like no way and only kept 3 of them. It took me a bit to figure out how to delete the two extra tees, but I eventually got it sorted out.

I just got a pair of red glasses from Vooglam and I'm pretty happy with them. The only issue was that the ones I originally wanted only came in a large size that was too big for me. Luckily, the red ones I got instead were available in a medium size that fits me perfectly. It was a bit of a bummer not being able to pick the size for the ones I really wanted, but I'm satisfied with the red ones in the end.

I gotta say, I'm really impressed with the quality of the quarterly subscription delivery. The app is super easy to use and the community events and real-life photos in the journals are so inspiring. The first delivery came super fast, was easy to unpack, and the content was even better than I expected. I'm grateful for such an amazing experience!
