Oh my goodness, I ordered four things but only one arrived! I sent them an email and they told me my items were delivered. Can you believe that? They're not even willing to assist me. They are such scammers! Avoid ordering from them at all costs!
Hoodie and pants
Oh my gosh, the customer service here is absolutely terrible! I ordered this really cute hoodie and pants, and then they messed up the shipping label, so I couldn't even get my stuff! And instead of trying to fix the issue, they just gave me a partial store credit. Ugh, it's so frustrating! They hardly ever respond to emails or phone calls. It's just so annoying!
New jacket and shoes
I got this new jacket and shoes from the store and I was really pumped about it! But then they said it would come real quick, and it didn't. The folks at the store were not very nice, seemed like they had no idea where my stuff was! It's a bummer when you pay up and they don't come through.
Sweatshirt and Joggers Set
I was so disappointed with the customer service at that store, eh. When I called to ask about my order, nobody answered the phone. I was stuck on hold forever and then got sent to voicemail. It happened more than once, too. It's so frustrating when you need help with your order and nobody is there to assist you. It's even worse during busy times like Christmas. I decided to give them another shot, thinking maybe it was a one-time thing, but nope. The poor customer service made me not want to order from them again, eh.
Recent clothing purchase
My recent experience with that online clothing store was really disappointing. I made an order a month ago and spent a lot of money on a few things. When the package showed up at the border 20 days later, I was hit with a surprise tax fee that I wasn't ready for. I didn't want to pay the extra charges, so I decided to send the items back. Even though I managed to send the clothes back, I still haven't gotten a refund. The lack of communication and the fact that they haven't fixed the issue has made me feel like I got scammed by the company.
My hoodie and sweatpants
So, I bought this hoodie and sweatpants from this store, and honestly, it was such a rip-off! They were way too big on me, so I wanted to return them, but they wouldn't give me my money back. It's like they were pulling a fast one on me, right? I tried contacting their customer service, but they straight up ignored me. Their service was just awful. I had to go to the attorney general's office to get my money back. Can you believe that? It seems like they couldn't care less about their customers. Don't bother spending your money there, just a heads up.
Ladies super stacked pants
I recently bought two pairs of those super stacked pants for ladies from this company, hoping to spice up my wardrobe a bit. But when they arrived, I was bummed to see that they were smaller than what the size chart online said. I contacted customer service to ask about an exchange, but they said they only do refunds for returns right now. It was frustrating because I was hoping to swap them for a bigger size. Also, I had to pay $12.00 for return shipping, even though I got free shipping on my original order. The company's lack of flexibility and communication was pretty disappointing.
Sweat suit for event
I can't believe it! I spent my hard-earned money on a sweat suit for a special event, and then the shipment got canceled just 2 days before it was supposed to show up. I tried reaching out to the company through phone, email, and chat, but no one got back to me. Now I'm in a panic trying to find a new outfit at the last minute. I'm so disappointed and frustrated with their terrible customer service.
Two-Day Shipping Scam
I was super bummed about my recent order from this company. I shelled out for two-day shipping, but it ended up taking six days to get to me. Not cool, especially since it wasn't what I was told to expect. Feels like they're tricking us with fake delivery dates to get more money for shipping. And when I tried to leave a one-star review explaining what happened, it magically got deleted from their site. They're obviously hiding bad reviews to keep people from seeing them.
Misleading sizing, expensive jeans
I got a pair of jeans for my son, in size 32, but when they came in, they were size 32x40, which was not what I wanted. There was no option for the length when I ordered, which was annoying. The company just sent whatever size they had and took my money without caring about if I was happy with it. I could send the jeans back for store credit, but I don't trust that I'll get the right size next time. Spending $70 on jeans that don't fit is really disappointing. The reviews were true - don't trust this company. And to make things worse, their discount offer of $10 off for a review turned out to only be 10% off, which just adds to the reasons not to trust them.
Recent pants purchase
I bought two pairs of pants from this store not too long ago. When they finally arrived, I was so excited to try them on. Unfortunately, one of the pairs had a problem - there was an extra stitch in the leg that made it impossible for me to wear. I tried to contact them by email and phone, but no one ever got back to me. Their policy says no refunds, which I understand, but this defect isn't something I can fix. The fabric is really delicate, and taking out the stitch would just wreck the pants. I've visited a few different seamstresses, but none of them could help. All I want is to be able to use what I bought.
