I recently bought two pairs of those super stacked pants for ladies from this company, hoping to spice up my wardrobe a bit. But when they arrived, I was bummed to see that they were smaller than what the size chart online said. I contacted customer service to ask about an exchange, but they said they only do refunds for returns right now. It was frustrating because I was hoping to swap them for a bigger size. Also, I had to pay $12.00 for return shipping, even though I got free shipping on my original order. The company's lack of flexibility and communication was pretty disappointing.

My backpack is awesome for carrying all my stuff, but the corners get all stressed out because of how it's made. The zipper keeps getting stuck, and it's a pain to get a hold of customer service for help. But if you bug them enough, it's actually a pretty solid backpack.

I really love that coffee mug, it's amazing! The water sport canteen is such a nice and beautiful bottle as well.
