I contacted customer service when my package went missing and they just told me to wait until a certain date. I think it's not cool how they didn't seem to care much. Also, their prices are a bit high, so I think I deserve better service. If my order is stuck, they should really be the ones to check it out instead of making me do all the work. So, either hurry up with my order or give me my money back so I can buy a water bottle from somewhere else.

I got my husband a Star Wars droid cup with a lid and he was so happy! But after using it for 5 months, the paint started coming off the edge. I reached out to the company and they said it was just wear and tear, which was a bit disappointing.

I just bought a stainless steel water bottle from this company, but the paint is coming off way too easily and it's not looking good. I bought this thing and it was broken, tried to get it fixed but they said no because it leaks, even though it's supposed to be airtight. Like seriously? Can't even return it after showing proof, what a ripoff. Customer service was rude too, definitely not shopping there again. Stick with Yeti or S'well, much better quality. Marvel stuff is just cheap garbage, don't waste your money. Stay away from this place.

I really love that coffee mug, it's amazing! The water sport canteen is such a nice and beautiful bottle as well.
