Lost package, lack of communication
DeliveryI contacted customer service when my package went missing and they just told me to wait until a certain date. I think it's not cool how they didn't seem to care much. Also, their prices are a bit high, so I think I deserve better service. If my order is stuck, they should really be the ones to check it out instead of making me do all the work. So, either hurry up with my order or give me my money back so I can buy a water bottle from somewhere else.
