I recently bought this fancy canteen, but the paint started peeling off just a few weeks later. There were no washing instructions included, so who knows why that happened. When I contacted customer service about the issue, they quickly denied any fault and only offered me a small 20% credit towards a new canteen. The delivery charges for the replacement were way too high. The product itself was awesome, but if something goes wrong, don't count on much help from customer service. Take it from me and be careful!

As someone who bought a stainless steel tumbler, I was really let down by the quality. The paint started chipping off right away, even though I always hand washed it as instructed. The paint kept peeling off, and there were other problems that made it hard to use. When I contacted customer service for assistance, they were not helpful or responsive at all, which was really disappointing.

I ordered a water bottle but received the wrong item. I called them, and they told me to keep the wrong item and immediately sent my water bottle. That was so nice of them!

I bought these stainless steel coffee mugs and they were kinda expensive, but they're really great quality. I got both a mug and a stemless cup, and they came in the mail pretty quickly and in perfect shape. The mug ended up getting a few chips after I used it for a while, but I drink a lot of coffee so I wasn't too surprised. I reached out to customer service to get a replacement under warranty, and they were super helpful and quick to deal with my problem. They even let me choose a different design for the new one. All in all, I'm really happy with the quality of the product and the customer service I received.
