    Glasses purchase

    My time at Target Optical was a bit disappointing, to be honest. The whole process of getting my glasses didn't go as smoothly as I had expected. There were some issues with the lab that caused delays, and it was pretty frustrating to deal with. But you know what? The real MVP in this situation was Blaire McCullough, the Regional Manager. Blaire really went above and beyond to fix the problem and make sure I got my glasses on time. Her hard work and amazing customer service skills truly saved the day for me.

    Even with the bumps in the road, I have to give credit where it's due - the customer service at Target Optical is top-notch. The staff there is really friendly and helpful, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. I really appreciate all the effort they put into making sure I was happy with my purchase. They made me feel valued and important, which is not always the case in retail.

    All in all, even though my experience wasn't perfect, I have to admit that Blaire and the rest of the staff at Target Optical are amazing at what they do. They truly care about their customers and do whatever it takes to make them happy. I'll definitely be going back to them for my future eyewear needs.

    Waiting in line for car pick-up

    So, I had to wait in line to get my rental car, which kind of sucked, but I guess that's normal with all the big rental companies. The person helping me out was nice and friendly though. The car was clean, but I made sure to take note of any scratches or dents before I drove off. Dropping off the car was easy, just a short wait because they were busy. Overall, it was a good experience, so thanks to the rental company!

    Bag for Christmas gift

    I just bought a bag from your store as a Christmas present for my wife. The whole ordering and delivery process had a bunch of problems that really let me down. First, I called the Bond Street store to ask about getting the bag and they said they could ship it to me for an extra £10, even though the website said delivery was free. That really bugged me, so I ended up just ordering online from Italy.

    Lost licenses issue

    I bought a bunch of stuff from this software company not too long ago, and at first, I was pretty pleased with the licenses I got. But then they switched up their licensing system, and suddenly most of my licenses were gone! I tried reaching out to them by making a ticket, but all they did was close it without fixing anything. I even had to go through the trouble of sending them copies of my original licenses, which was just ridiculous. After losing more than 15 licenses, I've decided I'm never buying from them again. It totally feels like I got robbed, and it's obvious they couldn't care less about their customers.

    I had the same terrible experience as others when I ordered directly from Bose. The delivery times were way too long and there was zero communication about my order status. Every time I tried to check in, I either got no reply or a scripted response from the call center that didn't help at all. I even attempted to cancel my order, but I'm not sure if it worked. In the end, it was just so frustrating and disappointing that I don't think I'll ever order from them again.
