Glasses purchase
My time at Target Optical was a bit disappointing, to be honest. The whole process of getting my glasses didn't go as smoothly as I had expected. There were some issues with the lab that caused delays, and it was pretty frustrating to deal with. But you know what? The real MVP in this situation was Blaire McCullough, the Regional Manager. Blaire really went above and beyond to fix the problem and make sure I got my glasses on time. Her hard work and amazing customer service skills truly saved the day for me.
Even with the bumps in the road, I have to give credit where it's due - the customer service at Target Optical is top-notch. The staff there is really friendly and helpful, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. I really appreciate all the effort they put into making sure I was happy with my purchase. They made me feel valued and important, which is not always the case in retail.
All in all, even though my experience wasn't perfect, I have to admit that Blaire and the rest of the staff at Target Optical are amazing at what they do. I just went through a really frustrating time trying to order my contact lenses online from Target Optical. Had my eye exam at the store, then placed my order online. But even though I gave them all my info and prescription, they messed up and said they sent and delivered my order when I never got it. I tried calling and emailing multiple times to fix it, even sent my prescription again, but they ended up canceling my order, claiming there was some issue with my prescription. And to top it off, they still charged me for the contacts that never made it to me. Just really disappointed with the whole situation.
Glasses fitting
I went to the eye place and this lady named Barbara helped me with my glasses. She made sure they looked good on me and fitted them perfectly! She was so nice and really knew what she was doing. And then there was this guy, Dr. Doerr. He's been taking care of my eyes for like forever. He's an awesome eye doctor and really knows his stuff.

I had to grab my prescription glasses after my shift and I just randomly found this spot. The salesperson was so nice and assisted me with figuring out my insurance details and then put in an order for my frames and lenses. First time ordering glasses online
So I ordered glasses online for the first time, and it was super easy peasy lemon squeezy, eh. There were tons of options to choose from and the prices were not too shabby, you know? They didn't take my insurance, but they said I could get reimbursed if needed, eh. I decided to have my glasses shipped to the store since it was my first time, but the only issue was that I didn't get a call or email about my order being delivered, you know? When I went to the store to pick them up, the lady there didn't even ask me if they fit or anything - all she said was that I could come in for a free adjustment anytime, eh. Despite that, I'll probably come back to order again and maybe even get an eye exam, you know?

The customer service at this store is just terrible, I can't even believe it. When I went in, the staff didn't even acknowledge me, even though I was the only one there. And on top of that, they went ahead and used my insurance info without even asking, so now I can't go somewhere else to get my glasses. When I asked them about it, they had the nerve to say that I should've known. Like really, what a shady and awful way to treat customers!

Buying my contacts at that store was awesome! It was so easy and fast, I didn't have to wait very long at all.

Oh man, like seriously, my eyes are so bad that I usually have to wait forever to get my glasses. But when I ordered them from this place, they actually arrived super quick in like a week! And they fit perfectly and now I can see so much better, it's awesome!
Eye glasses purchase
We loved those awesome glasses they had, and the delivery was so fast! But when we needed to return them, it was a breeze. The only problem is our insurance is all mixed up now. We've been calling non-stop, but every time we get a different answer. Total waste of time! They did give us a discount for online orders though, but now we're hesitant to order online.
Eyeglass adjustment
I went to get my glasses adjusted, but it didn't go so great. The lenses ended up needing to be replaced twice because they got all messed up right after the adjustments. It was a pain not having my glasses for a week or two each time. The people working there were nice and helpful, but now I'm not sure if I want to go back there for my glasses in the future.

I was so upset with my experience at the optical department. I went in to get my contact lenses that I thought I had ordered, but turns out they made a mistake and claimed I had ordered something I never even asked for. The staff couldn't fix the problem and I ended up leaving without my much-needed contacts. It was a complete nightmare and I left feeling so frustrated and let down.
Nice selection, easy online ordering
The eyewear and contact lens selection at this place was awesome, and the online ordering process was so easy. I just uploaded my prescription and placed my order without any trouble. However, I was a bit let down by the service. The staff seemed more focused on talking to each other than helping customers. Pricing was alright, but nothing special. Delivery was on time, so that was good.
