Contact lenses
I've been going to this optical shop for a while now and usually, I've had no complaints about their service. However, my most recent experience wasn't so great. I ordered some contact lenses, like I've done in the past, but this time my order got lost somewhere along the way. It took longer than usual to get my replacement lenses, and the whole process seemed outdated and slow. I was pretty disappointed with the customer service this time around.
