Skateboard purchase
Hey there, so I bought a skateboard from this outdoor store and to be honest, I'm pretty let down by it. I only used it for like three days and already it won't even work anymore, so now it's just sitting there useless. The quality of the skateboard is just not up to par, so yeah, I definitely wouldn't suggest it if you're looking for good outdoor gear.

Monthly journal subscription
I signed up for a monthly journal subscription earlier this year, thinking it would be cool. Turns out, after two months, it just wasn't my jam. So, I cancelled it right away. But then, I kept getting journals in the mail! I reached out to the company, but they couldn't seem to stop sending them or give me my money back. And then, out of nowhere, I got hit with a renewal fee that I never agreed to. The customer service was no help at all, and I started to feel like I was getting scammed. My advice? If you're thinking of getting a journal subscription, look for something else.

Late package, poor return policy, extra charges
My experience ordering from this store was really disappointing. The package took forever to arrive, and the return policy was just awful. The customer service didn't help me quickly and they even made me pay extra for returning items, which I thought was unfair. The online buying process wasn't clear, and the return policy was too strict, so I was really unhappy with the whole thing.
