    Shoes falling apart

    So I've got these shoes that I hardly ever wear and they're falling apart! The sole and leather are separating, and apparently they're just glued together. I brought them to a shoe repair guy, and he was like, "Oh yeah, I've seen this issue with this brand before." But he couldn't even fix them because there's no stitching to put them back together, and he can't replace the rubber part! These shoes cost me $120, and they're using some crummy glue that's different from their fancy gold shoes. I have a pair of those, and they're still holding up just fine! I would definitely recommend avoiding Ecco if you're looking for good shoes, because this is just so disappointing.

    Wrong-sized shoes

    So I bought a pair of shoes from this store, and guess what? They sent me the wrong size! I was really bummed out about it. When I tried to return them for a refund, I ran into a whole bunch of problems because the store was closed. Their return policy was super confusing and hard to figure out, making the whole thing super annoying. Based on my crappy experience with their customer service and return process, I definitely wouldn't suggest this store to anyone else.

    I recently bought a pair of shoes from your store and I have to say, I was pretty let down. The company took forever to get back to me, which is pretty frustrating especially considering the way online shopping is booming in 2020. With COVID-19 changing how people shop, you would think they would be on top of their online game. If others see these reviews before buying, they probably won't choose to shop for shoes here. The lack of online sales could really hurt the business, and they might only survive with their physical stores. Let's hope they step up their online services for future contactless deliveries.

    Hey folks, just wanted to give you a heads up about some shady stuff I've experienced with this company. I've been reaching out to their Customer Service for a few weeks now, and all I keep getting are those boring standard emails about their return policies. And guess what? Their return process is super slow, promising refunds within 2-4 weeks. Waiting a whole month for my money back? Not cool. To top it off, two of the items I bought arrived damaged, all sticky and gross. I sent everything back right away, and Ecco got the stuff back on January 5th. But since then, I haven't heard a peep from them - no response, no refund, nothing. It's beyond frustrating, and there's no way for me to speak to someone higher up about it. Seems like they're just sitting on my money and not caring about their customers' concerns. Because of their silence, I might have to get my credit card company involved to sort this mess out. The way they're handling this situation is sketchy and irresponsible, so I recommend you steer clear to save yourself from any headaches.

    Disappointing quality

    As someone who has been a loyal customer for a long time, I have to say I am really disappointed with the products these days. Back in the day, this brand was all about top-notch materials and expert craftsmanship. But my recent purchase just didn't cut it for me. The outside feels cheap and looks fake, and the inside is made of subpar fabrics that just don't give off that high-end vibe I used to love about this brand. The shoes don't even have that amazing smell of quality leather anymore. It's just sad to see a brand valuing profits over quality, because all it's doing is losing customers like me who have been around for a while.

    Two pairs of shoes

    I got a couple pairs of shoes from that store, and man, they both totally fell apart on me. The first ones were hiking boots, real worn out but still fell apart on me. Had to get a voucher to replace them. The second ones were sandals, just completely fell apart and made a huge mess at this fancy hotel I was crashing at. I still got two pairs of their sneakers, but I don't plan on wearing them much.

    I just bought a pair of boots from this company, but they didn't fit right. When I wanted to send them back, they told me to get in touch with Customer Support to get a return label if I needed one. But here's the kicker - turns out free returns are only for registered members. I saw this rule in tiny writing in the shopping cart, but it wasn't clear in the FAQs or anywhere else on the site.

    This place is taking forever to give me my money back for returning my shoes. They're saying it might take up to 4 weeks! That's way too long, I need my cash back ASAP so I can buy more cool stuff. Their refund policy is not cool at all and I'm definitely not going to buy anything online from them again. Come on, I gave you back your shoes, now give me my money! Their customer service is like a ghost, you never see them. There's no chat or phone number, so you can only email them, which is super annoying. Not impressed at all.

    Oh my goodness, I came across these really awesome shoes online and they are seriously amazing! I had previously purchased some golf shoes from the same place and received assistance in finding the perfect size and width. So when I decided to order my new pair of women's Ult-Trn shoes, I just couldn't resist. They were unbelievably comfortable right from the start! Now, even my husband wears Ecco's for golf and is thinking of getting walking shoes from them next. It's safe to say, we are officially an Ecco family now!

    So I ordered some shoes off the website, you know. First off, they don't give you a shipping label to return anything, so you gotta pay to send it back yourself! And they don't clearly tell you that on the website, you know. I even asked if I could just drop it off at the return spot since I live so close, but they said no way, you know. And the customer service folks are just like robots, not helpful at all, you know. The shoes weren't even worth the price, the quality didn't match up, so I wouldn't recommend buying from them, you know.

    Golf shoes purchase.

    Eh, I've been stickin' with this brand for ages 'cause I knew they were all 'bout quality and long-lastin' gear. But lemme tell ya, I'm kinda let down by the golf shoes I got recently. The materials they used ain't as good as before - they get scratched up real easy and the color wears off quick. Even though I shelled out a lotta cash for 'em, they don't give off that high-end vibe I'm used to from this brand.

    Gurly GTX Exostrike boots

    OMG, so I got these Gurly GTX Exostrike boots and they were supposed to be like super good quality and stuff. But OMG, the leather already has holes in it and the "unbreakable" part around the sole is like falling off. Ugh, so not cool. My Meindl Borneo boots have lasted forever and are way better quality.

    I recently bought a pair of ECCO GRUUV sneakers that were supposed to be super comfy for walking and giving good support with every step. But man, was I let down. These sneakers had elastic laces, which were just a terrible idea for a walking shoe. After just 10 minutes of walking at a decent pace, those elastic laces dug into my heels, causing major discomfort and pain. When I contacted customer service for help, they were no help at all. They didn't want to give me regular laces to fix the problem and blamed me instead, saying I didn't know how to walk right or wear proper socks. That lack of understanding and support really ticked me off, and I ended up feeling really frustrated and let down by my purchase. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend buying from this company because of their dumb design and awful customer service.

    My experience with ECCO's customer service was a real letdown. I came across a bunch of issues like not being able to find a phone number and the online chat not being helpful at all. Even after I placed an order, I didn't hear anything for over a month, and when I tried reaching out through emails and comments, I got no response. And to top it off, not only did I get the wrong shoe, but another order got canceled and I didn't even get a refund.
