Subscription renewal issue
I've been getting the newspaper for, like, six years now and I love it, eh. But when my subscription ended last month and I tried to renew it, everything went crazy, you know. I paid my money, but then I couldn't log in. I tried to get help by calling and emailing, but no one got back to me, eh. I even tried to fix my email address mistake, but it still didn't work. I just want my money back so I can sign up the right way, but no one is helping me, eh. It's so frustrating, right!

New shoes fit perfectly
Oh my goodness, I came across these really awesome shoes online and they are seriously amazing! I had previously purchased some golf shoes from the same place and received assistance in finding the perfect size and width. So when I decided to order my new pair of women's Ult-Trn shoes, I just couldn't resist. They were unbelievably comfortable right from the start! Now, even my husband wears Ecco's for golf and is thinking of getting walking shoes from them next. It's safe to say, we are officially an Ecco family now!

I've been using the firewall and CDN services for a whole year now, and I gotta say, I'm super impressed. Order mistake, contact refusal
I just had a bad experience with customer service at this company. I messed up my order, so I reached out right away to fix it. But the people I talked to were not helpful at all. They wouldn't change my order or even cancel it, even though it hadn't been shipped yet. The only thing they said I could do was wait for it to arrive, send it back, and then ask for a refund. Their strict rules left me feeling really annoyed and let down.
