Subscription renewal disappointment
The whole subscription renewal process was a total letdown. A while back, I had this $7 subscription that got me everything I was looking for on the site. So, when I decided to renew my subscription after a break from researching, I realized that the $7 basic plan wasn't cutting it anymore. Most of the stuff I wanted to check out was now under this "premium" category, which meant I needed to cough up more cash to see it. This all felt like some sort of money-grabbing scheme that got me feeling frustrated and let down. The huge price jump for content that used to be included in my basic plan seemed totally unfair and greedy.

I've been a loyal customer for so long, I was expecting better performance and user-friendliness from this service. It really bums me out to see it going downhill like this.

I just wanted to share how thankful I am for the amazing help I got from someone at my local newspaper. Plus, I was bummed out to find out that the feature to save articles for later was no longer an option.
