I signed up for a subscription renewal for my genealogy research, but when I wanted to cancel it and get a refund for one day of use, the customer service was nowhere to be found. Despite their promise to respond within 1-2 days, I have yet to hear back after a full week. It's incredibly frustrating to be ignored when trying to resolve an issue.

Eh, so like, don't even bother with this online newspaper subscription. It might seem all easy and whatnot, but watch out for their sneaky moves. I thought I was just trying out a free trial, but then they conveniently "forgot" to cancel it when it was done. Ended up with extra charges during a tough time. When I asked them about their shoddy record-keeping, they had no clue what was up. Made me wonder if this whole thing is even legit. Total scam, if you ask me!
