Newspapers.com should really up their game and provide a wider variety of newspapers. The site is so not easy to use, and it's hard to figure out what they actually have. It's annoying trying to search and not finding the exact newspapers you want. And to top it off, there's zero customer support during the trial period, which is not cool for a site you're paying for.
