Returns & RefundsMidway through my first wash I noticed the colour was uneven and the fabric looked dull. Out of the box it felt soft and I wore them a few days, but after a couple washes the fading was obvious. Customer support admitted the colour shift but refused returns and charged a fee to refund me. Not terrible to wear, just disappointing.

Bought this last month for everyday use; first impression was cute and soft, then that. I emailed and got told 'just snip them off' which came off pretty dismissive. The headband was tiny despite 'one size fits all'. After a couple of emails they agreed to refund, though they wanted items back even after I'd washed them, and it took extra push — there wasn't even a phone number. Not thrilled, but at least I got my money back.

ProductI got this cup for my daughter because she's crazy about dogs and I thought she'd love to use it at school, eh. But man, was I ever wrong. The quality is just awful! The straw doesn't even line up properly, so you can't even use it right. And when I contacted customer service, they said I could return it, but I'd have to cover the shipping costs. Give me a break. Not worth the trouble. And let's not even talk about the blanket I bought, definitely not worth the money. I'm sticking with Target from now on, for sure.

I picked out these pajamas specifically as a gift for my grandson, only for them to become a big mess right after he got them, eh. The marker they used to color the pajamas bled all over the clothes after the first wash, totally wrecking them, eh. When I reached out to the company about this problem, they just pointed me to their 18-day return policy, which I didn't even know about when I bought the pajamas, eh. That policy seemed kinda unfair, especially since it took so long for me to receive the products, way past the 18 days, eh. The quality of the pajamas didn't match up with the high price I paid, making me wonder if it was all worth it, eh.

When I contacted customer service through email, I spoke to Ely, who didn't seem to have any customer service skills. He ended up canceling both orders by mistake, even though I only wanted one canceled. Then I chatted with Amanda on their website, but she didn't seem to understand my situation even after I explained it multiple times. Overall, the whole experience felt disorganized and shady. I really hope this company gets audited soon. All in all, the service was really disappointing.

The material felt cheap and the blanket looked like it was hastily put together. I was so disappointed that I couldn't even imagine giving it as a gift, I would have felt ashamed. And to top it off, when I tried to return it, they told me they don't accept returns. I looked all over their website for a return policy, but there was nothing. So needless to say, I won't be buying from them again.
