Recent baby jammies order
I just ordered some cute baby pajamas from this company and I have to say, their customer service is top-notch. Even during the busy Christmas season, my order arrived really quickly. But then I realized a few days later that I forgot to use a discount code. I sent them an email right away and Caitlin got back to me within a day. She was able to give me a credit without any issues. It's this kind of quick and helpful customer service that makes me want to keep shopping with them. I'll keep buying from them until my grandkids are too big for their adorable pajamas.
Cup with personalized name
I got this cup for my daughter because she's crazy about dogs and I thought she'd love to use it at school, eh. But man, was I ever wrong. The quality is just awful! The straw doesn't even line up properly, so you can't even use it right. And when I contacted customer service, they said I could return it, but I'd have to cover the shipping costs. Give me a break. Not worth the trouble. And let's not even talk about the blanket I bought, definitely not worth the money. I'm sticking with Target from now on, for sure.
Personalized blanket order
I ordered a personalized blanket and gotta say, I wasn't too thrilled with their customer service. The blanket never showed up, and when I checked the tracking info, it was just sitting in one place for a whole week. I tried getting in touch with the company a bunch of times through email, but all I kept getting back was some standard reply. They didn't even try to address my issues or come up with a solution. It was a pretty lousy experience all around, and I definitely won't be buying from them again.
Swaddle blanket
The design on my swaddle blanket was so hard to make out. I tried to get it sorted, but the customer service was absolutely terrible! It was like chatting with a teen who couldn't care less! I'm definitely not shopping at that store again.
Excellent Customer Service
I gotta say, eh, the customer service at this company is amazing, eh! They're so quick to help out and always go the extra mile to answer my questions and give me options. Just had a change to my order and they fixed it right away, no problem. And let me tell you, their products are top-notch, so soft and good quality. Seriously, can't recommend this company enough, eh!
Disappointing item
I recently bought something online and it looks nothing like the picture. When I asked if I could return it, customer service said no way, which I think is totally not cool. It really bummed me out and I won't be buying from them again.
Beautiful stuff
I got the cutest stuff and it arrived really fast! This is my second time ordering from here and I'm still so happy. The clothes are such good quality, and even after washing them a bunch, they still look and feel amazing! Excited to test out the swimwear 😊

Caden Lane swimsuit purchase
I bought a swimsuit from Caden Lane for my baby but it gave her a rash and blisters after one use. It looked cute at first, but the outcome was disappointing. I contacted customer service for help, but got an unhelpful response and my issue was ignored. On top of that, they only show positive reviews on their website, filtering out the negative ones. This lack of transparency is shady and makes me doubt the quality of their products and services.
Pajamas purchase for grandson
I recently bought two sets of pajamas for my grandson as a Christmas present from this company, eh. But you know, I gotta say, the whole experience was not great, eh. The order got delayed and then put on backorder, finally showing up five weeks after I bought them, eh. I picked out these pajamas specifically as a gift for my grandson, only for them to become a big mess right after he got them, eh. The marker they used to color the pajamas bled all over the clothes after the first wash, totally wrecking them, eh. When I reached out to the company about this problem, they just pointed me to their 18-day return policy, which I didn't even know about when I bought the pajamas, eh. That policy seemed kinda unfair, especially since it took so long for me to receive the products, way past the 18 days, eh. The quality of the pajamas didn't match up with the high price I paid, making me wonder if it was all worth it, eh.
Issue with order placement
I had some trouble ordering because it asked for the baby's name, but I don't know it yet. I got frustrated because I couldn't move forward with the checkout. There wasn't a phone number to call and fix the problem directly.
Late shower gift
The customer service at this place is terrible. I bought a baby shower gift, but it never came. When I reached out, they just said they'd send it again, even though I needed it by a specific time. When I asked for a refund, they expected me to pay for shipping. Can you believe that? Their shipping is already so slow. Dealing with their incompetence is so frustrating. And their customer service rep, Edie, doesn't have a clue about good service. I'm never shopping here again, that's for sure.
Bathing suit purchase
I bought a bathing suit for my grandbaby and it broke after they wore it just once. When I reached out for help and compensation, the customer service staff were unhelpful and didn't even apologize. It was really disappointing to see the lack of professionalism and care for customers who spend their money on their products. I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone looking for good products and service.
Massive purchase mix-up
I had a terrible experience with this company when there was a mix-up with a large purchase. At first, I bought some items with my debit card, but then decided to cancel that purchase. The next day, I tried to buy the same items with my Visa credit card instead. Unfortunately, my credit card company told me that the original purchase had been refunded. When I contacted customer service through email, I spoke to Ely, who didn't seem to have any customer service skills. He ended up canceling both orders by mistake, even though I only wanted one canceled. Then I chatted with Amanda on their website, but she didn't seem to understand my situation even after I explained it multiple times. Overall, the whole experience felt disorganized and shady. I really hope this company gets audited soon. All in all, the service was really disappointing.
Boys shirts for family portraits
I was super pumped to order shirts for my boys so they could match for our family photoshoot. But when the package came in, they were way too tiny! I got the size my son usually wears, but it seriously looked like it was meant for a toddler! All I wanted was a shirt that actually fit, not just my money back. Such a letdown!
A hat with a name engraved
Hey there, folks, lemme tell ya, the customer service at that place was just awful. I've never been treated so badly in all my years! The item I ended up with was supposed to be a hat with a fancy engraving, but it was just not up to par. I was really let down and pretty mad about it. I've had way better luck with other companies, like Little Sleepies for example.
Blanket purchase for gift
I ordered a baby blanket as a gift from this company, but when it arrived, I was really let down by the quality. The material felt cheap and the blanket looked like it was hastily put together. I was so disappointed that I couldn't even imagine giving it as a gift, I would have felt ashamed. And to top it off, when I tried to return it, they told me they don't accept returns. I looked all over their website for a return policy, but there was nothing. So needless to say, I won't be buying from them again.
Personalized water bottles purchase
I bought three personalized water bottles for my kids not too long ago, and unfortunately, two of them broke after only a few months. I contacted customer service to see if I could get a refund or replacement, but they told me that it had been over 20 days so they couldn't help me. I was really let down by the quality of the bottles and the lack of customer service help. I mean, a metal water bottle should definitely last longer than a few months, right? I felt like the company didn't want to own up to the fact that their products weren't up to par, and they didn't even try to make things right. Overall, it was a frustrating experience and I wouldn't recommend buying from them.
Item not received
I ordered this really cute thing but it never arrived and now I'm kinda bummed about it. My mom had issues with this store before but I didn't listen to her. Now I kinda wish I did 'cause my thing is lost somewhere in Canada and I can't even get my store credit. It's taking forever and I just really want my cute item!

I had a great time ordering baby clothes online. There were so many cute options to choose from and it was so easy to place my order. When I needed help with using a coupon code, the customer service team was super helpful and quick to assist. I got my discount refunded in just two days. I will for sure be buying from them again for my grandkids' clothes.
