Tarah Pros battery issue
I had a really annoying experience with this company - let’s call them J***bird, for privacy's sake. I bought a pair of Tarah Pros and, shockingly, within a week, I was having battery problems. I tried contacting their customer service for help, but that turned into a total nightmare. The guy I was dealing with, let's just call him Adarsh, was a real piece of work. He kept bouncing me back and forth between them and the store where I bought the headphones, absolutely refusing to admit that there was anything wrong with the product. Even though I showed him my proof of purchase, he claimed the serial numbers were off and they couldn't honor the warranty. It felt like they were purposely jerking me around, hoping I'd get frustrated and drop my complaint.

Wildflower set purchase
I absolutely love the wildflower set I bought, but I was kind of bummed that it didn't come with a reusable laundry bag. The description made me think it would have one for washing the erasers, but turns out it was actually a makeup bag. My bad for misreading, but I reckon it should be clearer for folks in the future. Still, I can't say enough good things about the erasers - they're fantastic at taking off makeup with ease. Highly recommend!

Winter Soldier jumper purchase
I was so happy with how quickly I got my Winter Soldier sweater - less than a week, even though I ordered it on a weekend! The quality is top-notch, the design is awesome, and the material is super warm. The fit is just right and it's nice to have that work out when you're shopping online. I got a bunch of compliments on it, which really made my day. Even my wife wasn't into it at first, but she changed her tune once she saw how good it looked on me. I do wish it was a little cheaper, but for what you get, I think it's worth the cost. Haven't washed it yet, so fingers crossed it holds up okay. I'd love it if Merchoid made Die Hard, Doctor Who, and James Bond versions - I'd definitely be a repeat customer!
