Faulty earbuds
Man, these earbuds were just awful from the get-go. The first pair I got was totally useless, didn't work one bit. Luckily, the store where I got them from swapped them out for a new pair.
Faulty headphones
I bought a set of headphones from this company and man, they were faulty right off the bat. They wouldn't turn on unless they were plugged in, which totally defeats the purpose of having wireless headphones, ya know? So, I decided to hit up customer service for some help and got matched with this guy named Adarsh. Let me tell ya, dealing with him was a nightmare. He just kept giving me the runaround and was not at all helpful in fixing the problem with the headphones. Total letdown, eh?
Tarah Pros battery issue
I had a really annoying experience with this company - let’s call them J***bird, for privacy's sake. I bought a pair of Tarah Pros and, shockingly, within a week, I was having battery problems. I tried contacting their customer service for help, but that turned into a total nightmare. The guy I was dealing with, let's just call him Adarsh, was a real piece of work. He kept bouncing me back and forth between them and the store where I bought the headphones, absolutely refusing to admit that there was anything wrong with the product. Even though I showed him my proof of purchase, he claimed the serial numbers were off and they couldn't honor the warranty. It felt like they were purposely jerking me around, hoping I'd get frustrated and drop my complaint.
Headphones with good sound and battery life
The sound quality and battery life on these headphones are amazing, but the build quality is pretty disappointing. I bought three pairs and all of them ended up falling apart after just a few months of using them. The speaker on each pair came loose from the earbud, so now they're completely useless.
Vista earbuds, broke after a few weeks
The Vista earbuds I bought were terrible, eh. They crapped out on me after only a few weeks, and when I reached out to customer service for help, they were useless, eh. Feels like I just flushed $200 down the toilet, so don't make the same mistake I did, bud.
Good earphones, no spare chargers
I got these really awesome earphones, but then I lost the charger for them. Now I can't use them anymore! It's frustrating that they don't sell spare chargers for the old models. I just want to listen to my tunes without having to buy a whole new pair of earphones every time I lose the charger. Not cool, man, not cool.
Broken earphones
My earphones crapped out on me and customer service was useless. They refused to fix them because I didn't have a receipt, but it was a gift! They just want you to fork out for new ones instead of solving the issue. Lame.
Wireless earbuds purchase
I gotta say, dealing with this company was a total nightmare. Customer service was a joke, didn't bother answering my questions at all. And the product itself? Complete waste of money. My advice, steer clear of this company and save yourself the headache.

I got these wireless earbuds from this company, and man, I'm really let down. The right one just crapped out on me after a bit, and I couldn't figure out how to fix it no matter what I did. I have to say, I was really impressed with the customer service I got when my wireless earbuds started acting wonky. Even though I’m over in the UK, they were super quick to respond and sorted me out with a replacement. It all went really smoothly and I was grateful for their help from afar. It’s not every day you find such amazing customer service, and it totally changed my whole experience for the better.

The wireless earbuds I got not long ago were a total letdown. I forked over a good chunk of cash for them, only to have them conk out after just a week. And the sound quality wasn't great either, especially compared to another pair I had before that cost way less. I'd definitely say steer clear of these earbuds.
Broken headphones
Eh, so I bought these headphones from this company, and y'know what? They showed up busted. I tried getting in touch with customer service to sort it out, and man, what a total disaster. We went back and forth for weeks, I had to keep explaining the problem over and over until finally, they admitted that the headphones were defective right out of the gate. They said they'd send me new ones, but then later on, they flip-flopped and said they weren't gonna replace them at all without even giving me a heads up. The way they handled things and didn't care about making things right with me, that's just not right, eh.
Jaybird Tarah warranty replacement
I had a problem with my left headphone (Jaybird Tarah) that just stopped working outta nowhere, so I reached out to customer service. They got back to me real quick and didn't hesitate to send me a brand new headphone as a warranty replacement. And get this - it wasn't just any old model, but a better one than my old one! The customer service folks were super efficient and helpful the whole time, making the whole thing hassle-free. I gotta say, I'm pretty impressed with how fast they sorted it all out and the sweet upgrade I got!
Vistas earbuds
I've been a loyal customer of this company since 2018. But, I recently ran into a problem with my Vistas earbuds charging case. I tried the troubleshooting steps Tanner from customer support gave me, but the issue kept on happening. Thankfully, Tanner quickly sorted everything out by sending me a new pair of Vistas hassle-free. The customer service was top-notch, and I'm really impressed by both the service and products from this company.
Vista 2 earbuds broke after 7 months!
Hey, so I got these earbuds thinking they were gonna be amazing, but they ended up breaking after only 7 months. I tried contacting customer service, but man, it was a real pain trying to talk to an actual person. Definitely wouldn't recommend this to anyone!
Earphones purchase disappointing customer service
These earphones were awesome at the beginning, but when I tried to talk to customer service, it was a total disaster. I've tried getting in touch a bunch of times now, and it's been weeks with no reply, except for a survey asking me how it all went down. It's kind of a joke.

I got these headphones thinking they'd stick around for a while, but they ended up giving up on me after just a few years. They tried to sweeten the deal with a discount on a new pair, but I'm not keen on throwing more money at headphones that'll probably just break again in a couple of years. Both items I got from them ended up kicking the bucket in the same way. They don't own up to their mistakes with the faulty products and don't seem bothered about fixing any problems. I'd steer clear of buying from them at any cost.

I'm sorry to say that my experience with this company was really disappointing. I ordered some earbuds online and was surprised when they never showed up. I tried reaching out to the company multiple times, but they never got back to me. I had to go through PayPal to get a refund. The way this company has been ignoring me and not being transparent is not cool at all. It's definitely made me lose trust in them.
