I had a problem with a product and decided to contact customer service at this store. I was really impressed with how much they cared about helping me solve my issue. They were polite, quick, and on the ball when it came to addressing my worries. It's nice to come across such awesome customer service in today's shopping world. I definitely suggest this store to anyone who wants top-quality service.

I had a really annoying time dealing with this company as a Canadian customer. It feels like they don't understand how provincial sales tax works or they're trying to trick us. Whenever I tried to talk to them about it, they just sent me to UPS, who then sent me back to them. It's just a never-ending mess of pointing fingers and not knowing what's going on. So be careful, Canadians, you might end up paying double taxes on your purchases here. I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone in my situation.

I got these wireless earbuds from this company, and man, I'm really let down. The right one just crapped out on me after a bit, and I couldn't figure out how to fix it no matter what I did. The customer service was useless, just telling me to do basic stuff that didn't help at all. I'm done with this company, won't be buying from them again.
