Flight delay compensation
This company was a total lifesaver! Our flight from Poznan to Amsterdam got canceled, which made us miss a whole day in Barcelona and arrive late for a soccer match. We were pretty frustrated and disappointed, but thankfully we stumbled upon this company online. AirHelp helped us get a really good compensation for everything we missed out on during our trip. Oh, Saks Fifth Avenue is really one of my favorite places to shop. When I ordered from them, it was so easy-peasy. Their website is super user-friendly, making it a piece of cake to find the perfect clothes and accessories. And returning stuff? No problem at all, no sneaky charges or fees. The customer service team was top-notch too, always quick to help whether I called or emailed them. I felt reassured knowing that Saks would cover any return shipping costs.

Payment issue
On April 6th, 2018, I gave the go-ahead for a one-time payment of $69.98 to get my account up to date. The customer service person told me it wouldn't go through until I got a document by email, so I agreed. But they went ahead and processed the payment anyway before I could even look at the document. When I called to stop the payment and remove my card details, they made it difficult and added more unauthorized charges to my account. Because of what they did, I've been hit with extra fees and I'm feeling really frustrated. Right now, I'm looking into legal options to deal with how they violated my rights.

Video creation from uploaded pictures
I gotta say, I really liked using the platform, eh. It was super easy to get around and make my own personalized video with all my pics. Perfect for sending out to fam and pals, ya know? And the best part is it saves me some dough compared to regular cards. But, I did run into a bit of trouble with the email sharing. Seemed like it wasn't working too well or was slow depending on who I was sending it to. Despite that hiccup, I'm gonna keep using it for the rest of the year, for sure.
