The stuff they sell at this store is really good, but I was pretty disappointed when I got a broken thing in my last order. Overpriced bag purchase
I just bought this expensive bag from this company and I gotta say, I was really let down by both the bag itself and the customer service. They claimed it was top-notch but it fell apart after just one use. When I tried to get help from customer service, all they did was tell me where to buy a replacement part. I emailed them again to complain but got no reply. I shelled out a lot of cash for this bag, so I was definitely expecting better quality and service.

The design on my swaddle blanket was so hard to make out. I tried to get it sorted, but the customer service was absolutely terrible! It was like chatting with a teen who couldn't care less! I'm definitely not shopping at that store again.

It's really frustrating to see a big company like this one not keeping their word. We gave them all the proof to show that we deserve the lowest price guarantee, but it looks like they're deciding to ignore it. It's not just about the money, it's the principle of the thing. The fact that they're purposely cheating their customers is totally not okay. I encourage others who went through the same thing to speak up and make a complaint. This kind of behavior shouldn't be ignored or let slide.

Flight delay compensation
This company was a total lifesaver! Our flight from Poznan to Amsterdam got canceled, which made us miss a whole day in Barcelona and arrive late for a soccer match. Payment issue
On April 6th, 2018, I gave the go-ahead for a one-time payment of $69.98 to get my account up to date. The customer service person told me it wouldn't go through until I got a document by email, so I agreed. But they went ahead and processed the payment anyway before I could even look at the document. When I called to stop the payment and remove my card details, they made it difficult and added more unauthorized charges to my account. Because of what they did, I've been hit with extra fees and I'm feeling really frustrated. Right now, I'm looking into legal options to deal with how they violated my rights.

I gotta say, I really liked using the platform, eh. It was super easy to get around and make my own personalized video with all my pics. Perfect for sending out to fam and pals, ya know? And the best part is it saves me some dough compared to regular cards. But, I did run into a bit of trouble with the email sharing. Seemed like it wasn't working too well or was slow depending on who I was sending it to. Despite that hiccup, I'm gonna keep using it for the rest of the year, for sure.
