    leather jacket

    Let me tell you about my experience with this store. I ordered a leather jacket a few weeks ago, and boy, it's been a total nightmare. The jacket is still missing, lost somewhere who knows where. It's like playing hide and seek that never ends, and I gotta say, I'm getting pretty fed up with it. I've reached out to customer service multiple times, but all I get are wishy-washy responses about delays and shipping. It's frustrating and to be honest, it feels a bit sketchy. I hope I'm wrong, but I wouldn't be surprised if my jacket never arrives.

    Fenix 3 sapphire with multiple accessories

    I had a great experience selling my Fenix 3 sapphire with all the extra goodies at this store. I was a bit unsure at first about the price they quoted me, but after some back-and-forth, they upped their offer to my liking. I thought about selling everything separately for a possible bigger profit, but the simplicity and convenience of this store made it worth my while.     Massive purchase mix-up

    I had a terrible experience with this company when there was a mix-up with a large purchase. At first, I bought some items with my debit card, but then decided to cancel that purchase. The next day, I tried to buy the same items with my Visa credit card instead. Unfortunately, my credit card company told me that the original purchase had been refunded. When I contacted customer service through email, I spoke to Ely, who didn't seem to have any customer service skills. He ended up canceling both orders by mistake, even though I only wanted one canceled. Then I chatted with Amanda on their website, but she didn't seem to understand my situation even after I explained it multiple times. Overall, the whole experience felt disorganized and shady. I really hope this company gets audited soon. All in all, the service was really disappointing.
