It's really too bad to hear about the bad experience you had with the store. Businesses should make sure to get orders out on time and keep their website working right. He suggested checking with the post office in case it got stuck in customs or something, but no luck there. I understand that shipping to the Philippines can be tricky, but it's frustrating to have paid for something and not received it. Total bummer, man.
