    I had a great experience selling my Fenix 3 sapphire with all the extra goodies at this store. I was a bit unsure at first about the price they quoted me, but after some back-and-forth, they upped their offer to my liking. I thought about selling everything separately for a possible bigger profit, but the simplicity and convenience of this store made it worth my while. I was really impressed with how easy and fast the whole process was. I'd absolutely suggest this store to anyone wanting to sell their electronics hassle-free.

I get why you'd be annoyed with the lack of communication and service. It's not cool for a company to take your money and then not come through with what they promised. That kind of thing can make the store look bad and make customers lose trust.

    Ordered flashlight and batteries

    Yeah, so I was all excited because I ordered this awesome flashlight along with some batteries, but it never made its way to my mailbox. I waited for like two whole months and was getting really annoyed. So, I decided to give Fenix Store a call and got connected with Trevor, who was actually super nice and helpful. He suggested checking with the post office in case it got stuck in customs or something, but no luck there. I understand that shipping to the Philippines can be tricky, but it's frustrating to have paid for something and not received it. Total bummer, man.

    I recently ordered something online from this company, and man, let me tell you, it was not a great experience. The website was a pain to use, and they didn't even have a phone number for customer service. I like things simple and easy, so that was super annoying. And when I tried to get a refund, it was like pulling teeth - so much unnecessary hassle. All in all, dealing with this company was a letdown, to say the least.

    I've bought flashlights and batteries from this store for a few years now. The products are great, but I've had some serious issues with their website. The search function doesn't work well at all, so it's a struggle to find what I need. Plus, items that don't match my search show up, making things even more confusing. On top of that, I've gotten discount coupons after making a purchase, only to find out they don't actually work on the website. That kind of shady behavior has really let me down as a customer. Even though the products are good, I can't support this brand anymore because of their website problems and dishonest discount practices.
