Week's free trial
I signed up for a week's free trial recently and ran into some issues with the auto-renewal feature. Even though I turned it off in my account settings and double-checked the expiry date, the auto-renewal somehow turned back on and charged me for another year's membership. I contacted customer service, not expecting much in terms of a refund, but to my surprise, they quickly refunded the payment without any trouble. While I'm grateful for the outcome, it seems like this problem happens often based on reviews I've read online. It would be helpful for them to fix this issue and make sure that account settings stay accurate to avoid similar situations in the future.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! advertise free subscription then began charging me for annual subscriptions. When told about this they promised I wouldn't be but I was continuously charged, luckily I kepy my account empty for this reason. The constant emails are practically spam and materials to actually participate in the projects are not free or included, random offers are constantly popping up. Do not use it it's pointless, and more of an issue than help. There's so many other legit course websites
