I had a terrible experience with online ordering at R.C. Willey. I placed an order thinking it would be ready for pickup in 1-2 days, but turns out they messed up my order. I called like they told me to, but they said to call back the next day because of their online system problems. Called back the next day and they said they never processed my order, now I have to wait even longer, 2-3 more days. This is not cool and now I'm questioning if I can trust their online ordering. I just hope when my order finally comes, it's right and in good shape.

Oh man, I ordered this Beef Short Rib Stroganoff and it smelled awful, like it had gone bad or something. And when I finally worked up the nerve to taste it, it was just terrible! The sauce was seriously the worst thing I've ever tasted. Now I'm worried about trying the other items I bought. Did I completely waste my money? I spent $39.99 on that! Goodbye, Stroganoff! I tried talking to a customer service rep through the chatbot, but it kept giving me the same answer about fixing Zoom issues for a class that was already happening. No matter what I said, it just kept saying sorry and giving me the wrong information. It was really annoying and didn't help at all.

I signed up for a week's free trial recently and ran into some issues with the auto-renewal feature. Even though I turned it off in my account settings and double-checked the expiry date, the auto-renewal somehow turned back on and charged me for another year's membership. I contacted customer service, not expecting much in terms of a refund, but to my surprise, they quickly refunded the payment without any trouble. While I'm grateful for the outcome, it seems like this problem happens often based on reviews I've read online. It would be helpful for them to fix this issue and make sure that account settings stay accurate to avoid similar situations in the future.

The Evolution Pant fit like a glove, exactly as they said. I was really pleased with it, so I thought, "hey, why not get another pair in a different colour?" But when I got the Merino T, it was too big on me. Thankfully, sending it back was easy peasy thanks to the awesome customer service from the team.

I was really excited about the items I bought but they didn't quite work out for my trip. The fabrics were amazing and I would definitely buy again. However, returning them was such a hassle. It was a lot of back and forth with multiple steps over several days - emailing to ask for a return, waiting a whole day for a response, then getting another email to confirm the return for credit or refund, waiting another day for return instructions, and then having to upload photos of each item to be returned. I think the return request and process should've been simpler, like just one step with an automatic return label. The way it is now makes me not sure about buying again, even though I loved the fabric quality.

I just bought a repair manual for my 20-year-old car from this place, and let me tell you, it's definitely worth it! The info in there is so valuable and has been a huge help in keeping my car in good shape. I feel really lucky to have come across this manual, especially for such an old car. When told about this they promised I wouldn't be but I was continuously charged, luckily I kepy my account empty for this reason. The constant emails are practically spam and materials to actually participate in the projects are not free or included, random offers are constantly popping up. Do not use it it's pointless, and more of an issue than help. There's so many other legit course websites
