I gotta say, this company is top-notch. Their products are well-made and durable. I bought a travel backpack and phone case, and I'm super happy with both. The quality is amazing, and you can tell they put a lot of thought into their designs. I've used them a lot, and they've held up really well. And their customer service is great - they're quick to help with any questions or problems. I can't recommend this company enough if you want high-quality, long-lasting products.

Latches 5 pack
I got some latches that were supposed to come in packs of 5, but they only had 1 latch in each one! What a rip off! I called customer service and they said they'd send me the missing latches, but then they changed their minds and decided not to send anything. Rona scammed me!

OMG, I gotta tell you how much I love shopping at that store! The stuff there is top-notch, super cute, and totally up-to-date with all the trends. Every time I go, I end up finding something I absolutely love and it always fits just right. On top of that, the customer service is so friendly and helpful whenever I need assistance. I love that I can shop for clothes, bags, and shoes all in one spot - it's totally my go-to place! And to make it even better, the delivery is crazy fast so I don't have to wait long to get my hands on my new goodies. 😊

I recently got this really nice Pazific diver watch as a birthday present, and I gotta say, I'm super impressed with how it looks. The sleek and stylish design totally caught my attention right away, and I just knew it was the perfect gift for me. But I wanted to switch things up a bit and try a different strap to give my watch a new vibe. So I reached out to Customer Care for some help, and I was so happy to see that they had so many different straps to choose from. The person I talked to was super helpful and walked me through picking out a new strap. The options they had were seriously awesome, and I found the perfect one to go with my watch.

The app was so frustrating to use, eh. It wouldn't let me finish my purchase and customer service was no help, even after trying multiple times to get in touch with them. And to top it all off, all my hard work on my project was deleted. This whole thing has totally put me off from using this service again.

Pair of off-white shoes
I just bought a pair of off-white shoes from Saks Fifth Avenue, eh, and it ended up being a real bummer. I tried to return them and got stuck with a store credit. But here's the kicker - every time I tried to use the credit online, the payment got denied. Talk about a headache! After reaching out to customer service, they told me they were looking into the problem, but couldn't help me right then and there. I ended up losing out on both my dough and the shoes, which really ticked me off. No way I'm happy with that company, no siree.
