Return process frustration
I'm really disappointed with how the return process works at this company. I've sent a bunch of emails and tried calling them, but I haven't heard anything back from customer service. It's worrying to see that other people have had the same issues, like what I read in online reviews. The lack of communication and help is shady, especially since I've spent a lot of money with them. I wouldn't suggest buying from this company.
Casual track suit for holiday
So, I thought I was all set for my holiday with this casual track suit I ordered but man, it was a disaster. I made sure to order it well ahead of time, right? Wanna make sure I had it in time for my trip. But as the date got closer, no sign of it at all. I tried to cancel the order by emailing them, but got nothing back. When I got back home, I saw my package all messed up on my electric gates, like a worm and centipede party. The clothes were wrecked, and customer service was a nightmare to deal with. It took so many emails just to get them to respond to my issue. Eventually got my money back, but the whole thing just left me feeling so annoyed and stressed out.

Why would anyone even bother shopping here, eh? I thought I was getting a good pair of pants, but what I got was a huge letdown. The quality was so bad, and on top of that, their return policy is a total joke. I tried to send back the pants like they said I could, but the return process online is a total mess. I tried contacting them by email and phone, but no one even bothered to get back to me. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else, eh.
Blouse and skirt
My experience with that company was a real letdown. The whole process of ordering was so sluggish, and the shipping took way longer than I thought it would. Not to mention, the prices for the stuff were pretty steep compared to other brands. And don't even get me started on the customer service - it was basically non-existent. My returns went missing and when I tried to get help, nobody seemed to care. Plus, those passive aggressive emojis from the customer service people just made things worse. It was not a good look for them at all.
Cool clothes
Hey there, so I was pretty excited to snag some awesome clothes from this place, but man, their customer service was a major letdown. I sent them an email and all I got was a generic robot reply, not cool at all. And let me tell you, the return process was like a crazy maze with a blindfold on. I checked out the other reviews and now I'm just hoping my exchange order actually goes through. I even tried giving them a call, but no luck, just stuck on hold listening to endless elevator music. For the prices they charge, you'd expect them to at least pick up the phone, right? I really like their clothing, but I won't be recommending them to my friends. This whole situation has me feeling pretty disappointed.
