Cool clothes
Hey there, so I was pretty excited to snag some awesome clothes from this place, but man, their customer service was a major letdown. I sent them an email and all I got was a generic robot reply, not cool at all. And let me tell you, the return process was like a crazy maze with a blindfold on. I checked out the other reviews and now I'm just hoping my exchange order actually goes through. I even tried giving them a call, but no luck, just stuck on hold listening to endless elevator music. For the prices they charge, you'd expect them to at least pick up the phone, right? I really like their clothing, but I won't be recommending them to my friends. This whole situation has me feeling pretty disappointed.
