As a longtime customer, I've always trusted Aero Precision in the firearms industry. Their products have never let me down - top quality and performance every time. But during COVID-19, things got a bit rough with shipping delays and slower customer service. It was a bit frustrating, but I get it - tough times for everyone. I think if they work on their operations, Aero Precision can get back to providing top-notch service.
New build bolt issue
I had a problem with the bolt on my new gun not staying open because of an issue with the ambi bolt catch. Luckily, I reached out to customer support and got in touch with a guy named Talbert. He was super helpful and quick in helping me out. Talbert totally got what was going on and right away sent me a replacement part to fix the problem. Overall, I was really happy with the support I got from the Aero customer service team.
AR Builds
I've been a regular customer of this company for my AR builds. They always come through with high-quality, reliable products that stand the test of time. I've never been let down by their items, and I always know my builds will turn out just the way I want. I definitely suggest this company to anyone in search of top-notch products for their AR projects.
Warranty fix on cerakote issue
Precision really went above and beyond with fixing the cerakote issue under warranty. They kept me in the loop the whole time and even did some extra work by touching up my lower and adding a mag catch for free. I definitely suggest checking them out – their product quality and customer service are outstanding.
AR-15 upper receiver purchase
So, I just bought this AR-15 upper receiver and man, I'm blown away by how awesome it is. The quality and design are top-notch, like seriously impressive. I'm sticking with this brand from now on, ain't even gonna look at anything else.
Recent firearm purchase
I'm feeling pretty let down by the lack of communication and cookie-cutter responses I've been getting about my new gun. It's been a whole month and still no word. Trying to reach them is a total pain, it's like there's nobody even on the other end. I used to really like this company, but I won't be buying from them again, that's for sure.
