Overcharged, hidden membership fee
I made a purchase on this online store and was so surprised to see an extra fee for a membership that I didn't even sign up for. I didn't get any heads up about this, and my card got charged out of the blue. I had to go through the trouble of blocking my card because of this sneaky charge. It's just not right for an online store to pull a stunt like that.

PopSocket replacement
I ordered a new PopSocket and was supposed to get it in 5-6 days, but it actually took 2 weeks to arrive. I was so annoyed waiting that long, especially because I was really looking forward to using it. But I actually really like the product. I really needed to replace my old one because it was all yucky and broken. What surprised me was that even the sticker on my old PopSocket was still working great, which really shows how durable the product is.

I've been using security software for about 8 years now, eh, and I just renewed it for another 3 years, you know. It's been keeping all my devices safe and giving me a heads up on any sketchy emails that come my way. And the best part is, it covers protection for up to 3 devices without charging extra. Overall, it's hands down the best security software I've ever had, eh.

Sketchy garment
Eh, so I ordered this super cute top online, right? But when it showed up, it was totally not what I was expecting. The colour was way off, and it felt like it was made from some cheap material. Can you believe I shelled out 80 bucks for this thing? UGH. Trying to return it has been an absolute nightmare. I have to ship it all the way to China, and let me tell you, they only speak Chinese on the phone. Like, seriously? So frustrating. And don't even get me started on their customer service - major letdown. I am so done with this place, never shopping here again.

Let me tell ya about these sweatshirts, eh - they're the comfiest things I've ever worn! Customer service has always been top-notch, always friendly and helpful. One small thing is that they tend to fade a bit after lots of wear, but I still can't get enough of 'em. Now that I've got my hands on their sweatshirts, I'm even more smitten with 'em, eh.
