Purchased black t-shirt with sunflower design
Eh, so I bought this t-shirt from the company, right. It's black with a sunflower on it, pretty cool design, eh. Gotta say, the quality and comfort of the shirt are top-notch, and the designs they offer are real nice to look at. But, I gotta be honest, I was a bit bummed when the colour of the shirt I got wasn't the same as what I saw on the website. I was expecting a rich "jet black" but ended up with a dark gray instead, not cool, eh. Even though I was a bit disappointed, their customer service totally made up for it. They were super helpful and quick to respond, no waiting around when I called to talk about my issue. Sent me a prepaid shipping label right away via email to ship the shirt back, good on 'em.
Quality T-shirts
I have to tell you, I recently picked up some of their t-shirts and man, I am so happy with what I got. The material is top-notch, it's tough stuff and it's still looking good even after I've washed it a bunch of times. The folks at customer service were super friendly and answered all my questions in a flash. Plus, I really liked that they make it easy to return stuff and that they donate to charity. All in all, I can't say enough good things about their t-shirts. If you're on the hunt for some high-quality shirts, definitely give them a try.
Awesome quality clothing
The clothes I bought were top-notch, the sizing was perfect, they looked just like the pictures, and they arrived right on time. And if there was a delay, they made up for it with a sweet 20% discount. The designs on their stuff are super creative, and it's awesome that they give some of their profits to help kids. Plus, their return policy is really easygoing. This company really knows how to do things right and other companies should take notes.
Online order cancellation
I just had to cancel an online order and got in touch with customer service for help. I talked to Anthony, who was super helpful. He really listened to my concerns and went out of his way to help me out. He quickly processed my refund without any issues. It was so nice to get such good customer service and feel like my business mattered. I'll definitely be coming back to shop with this company because of the great service Anthony provided.
T-shirts and hats
I just bought some t-shirts and hats from this store and they are seriously amazing. The fabric is so comfy and seems like it will last a long time. Plus, the designs are super cute and make me happy. I'm really happy with my purchase and will definitely be a repeat customer.
Purchase of a shirt
The customer service was so bad, eh! They said my shirt was sent out, but they didn't give me a tracking number. It made me wonder if they were telling the truth, you know? They didn't take any responsibility and just tried to offer me discounts for next time. I wasn't happy about that at all. I'm not sure if my order is even on its way or if I'll ever get the shirt I bought. I'm glad I used PayPal to pay, though. It might help me get my money back if I need to ask for a refund.
Plain and holiday design, short sleeve and long sleeve women's shirts
OMG, I'm totally obsessed with the shirts I picked up from here! They're just so adorable and super comfy. I ended up getting both plain and holiday designs because I couldn't make up my mind on which one I liked more. The quality is seriously top-notch and the fit is just perfect. I love rocking them at school and showing them off to all my friends. I'm already counting down the days until I can snag some more!
Sweatshirts
Let me tell ya about these sweatshirts, eh - they're the comfiest things I've ever worn! Customer service has always been top-notch, always friendly and helpful. One small thing is that they tend to fade a bit after lots of wear, but I still can't get enough of 'em. Now that I've got my hands on their sweatshirts, I'm even more smitten with 'em, eh.
Defective item from the store
I bought something from the store the other day, but when it got here, it was broken. I got in touch with customer service right away, and they were quick to respond and say they understood. But since then, they haven't kept in touch like they said they would. I've tried getting ahold of them a few times now to ask what's next, but I haven't heard back from them.
New Small Graphic Tees
I just got a couple of new graphic tees from here and I gotta say, I'm super impressed. The designs are cute and on point for casual wear. The fabric is also top-notch, so the shirts are comfy to wear all day. I definitely suggest these tees to anyone wanting to add some fun to their wardrobe.
shirts, poor quality
Oh man, I totally get what you're saying! I had a similar thing happen with some shirts I bought from that store. I thought they were so cool, but then the designs started peeling off after only a little bit of wearing them. It was super disappointing and made the shirts look like they had been through the ringer. I felt like I wasted my money on something that didn't hold up like I expected. When I tried to get some help from their customer service, they were so unhelpful and didn't want to take any responsibility. They basically just told me the shirts were old and shrugged it off, without offering to fix the problem or give me any kind of refund. It was frustrating and left me feeling pretty let down. I definitely wouldn't recommend shopping there if you care about getting good quality clothes that last a while.
Gifted shirt - sizing issue
The customer service experience I had with this company was just terrible. I got a shirt as a gift, brand new with tags, but it was the wrong size. I tried calling and emailing multiple times, but no luck in exchanging it or getting a gift card. They only offer was to send it back for a refund to the person who bought it, which was not what I wanted at all. Seemed like a pretty silly policy not to have any other options for a simple size problem.
Cornflower blue t-shirt with flowers
Oh man, that cornflower blue t-shirt with flowers is absolutely adorable! The design is so cute, but I wasn't really feeling those faded green and purple violet t-shirts. They were just too light and got way too stretched out for my taste.
Lost Order T-shirts
Sorry, bud, but their customer service sucks. I tried reaching out a bunch of times about my missing T-shirts, but no one ever got back to me. They said they'd ship 'em out fast, but I never got anything. It's really disappointing to see a company that's supposed to help kids dropping the ball on something as simple as talking to their customers. They never even gave me a refund, so now I'm out both my shirts and my cash. Pretty shameful for a company that's all about doing good.
Women's shirts
The shirts I bought for women at this store were really not great quality. The men's shirts, on the other hand, were well-made and lasted a long time. The material of the women's shirts was kinda cheap and didn't hold up after washing. After just one season, they were already starting to fall apart. Overall, I think the quality of the women's shirts was pretty low and not worth the money.
T-shirts and jewelry

Overall, my experience was far from good, and I definitely won't be shopping here again in the future, eh.
Sunglasses purchased
I bought a pair of sunglasses about 9 months back and now the lens coating is all worn off, so I can't use them anymore. I reached out to the company for help, but they weren't very helpful and didn't want to back up their product. It's really disappointing that they don't seem to care about the quality of their stuff or keeping their customers happy. I definitely won't be buying from them again and I'm going to tell others about our experience.
Recent shirt purchase
I recently bought some shirts from this company and I was pretty stoked about it because I had heard good things about their stuff. But after washing them only a few times, the images on the shirts started peeling off. I was super disappointed because I was expecting better quality from a company with a good rep. When I contacted customer service to share my concerns, they were kinda dismissive. They just said the shirts were two years old and wouldn't give me any help. I was not happy with how they handled things and felt like they didn't care about my issues. I won't be recommending this company to anyone in the future.
