Delayed Order
I just bought something from this company and it was a total disaster. I placed my order at the beginning of June, and by October 31st, I still hadn't gotten it. I contacted their customer service several times, but all I got were excuses and no real answers about when my order would arrive. Dealing with a company that isn't upfront and doesn't offer good customer service is beyond frustrating. I'm really let down by how they handled my order.

Satechi HDD enclosure purchase
I just bought a HDD enclosure from a popular brand in Space Grey, but when I got it, the colour was more Silver than I expected. I reached out to customer service, sent photos, but their responses weren't helpful and the issue wasn't resolved. So, I'm returning it and looking for a different brand. Overall, the whole colour mix-up and lack of good customer service has left me feeling let down by the brand.

Hunting apparel and gear
I just bought some hunting clothes and gear from this company and I gotta say, I'm super impressed with how good and innovative their stuff is. The way they use scent control tech in their clothes and gear is seriously top-notch and has made my hunting trips way better. Plus, the customer service was amazing - the staff knew their stuff and were really helpful when I was picking out what to buy. The prices were fair too, especially for how good the stuff is. And they even got my order to me quickly and without any issues. Such a solid experience all around!

Purchased black t-shirt with sunflower design
Eh, so I bought this t-shirt from the company, right. It's black with a sunflower on it, pretty cool design, eh. Gotta say, the quality and comfort of the shirt are top-notch, and the designs they offer are real nice to look at. But, I gotta be honest, I was a bit bummed when the colour of the shirt I got wasn't the same as what I saw on the website. I was expecting a rich "jet black" but ended up with a dark gray instead, not cool, eh. Even though I was a bit disappointed, their customer service totally made up for it. They were super helpful and quick to respond, no waiting around when I called to talk about my issue. Sent me a prepaid shipping label right away via email to ship the shirt back, good on 'em.

Charms necklace order with replacement
So, I ordered this cute charms necklace and a few other things, right? Well, when it arrived, the necklace was all broken up. Bummer, I know. But, here's the good part - I reached out to customer service and they got back to me super quick. This lady named Geraldine helped me out right away and said they were sending me a new necklace that very same day. I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with how fast and helpful they were in fixing the problem.
