Headlamp purchase
I just bought a headlamp from your store, and let me tell you, I am really impressed with how good it is. The light is super bright, and the adjustable strap makes it easy to wear for a long time. Defective item from the store
I bought something from the store the other day, but when it got here, it was broken. I got in touch with customer service right away, and they were quick to respond and say they understood. But since then, they haven't kept in touch like they said they would. I've tried getting ahold of them a few times now to ask what's next, but I haven't heard back from them.
