It's pretty aggravating to see a company treat their customers this way, especially when we're the ones keeping them in business. And to top it all off, I had to pay for shipping and customs fees for shoes that were clearly not worth the trouble. Ugh, talk about a letdown.

I ordered a pair of shoes that came in all beat up and banged up, with a little tag still hanging off the bottom. When I tried to get in touch with customer service about sending them back for a refund or replacement without having to pay to ship them all the way from the UK to Australia, they didn't even bother getting back to me.
