The stuff they have at LXR & CO is seriously so cool. They've got all the classic Chanel stuff and the trendy Gucci items. If you're into luxury, this place is a dream come true. I bought a Gucci wallet at LXR & CO. on January 10, 2023. The whole thing was such a letdown. I kept asking about my order, but all they gave me were excuses. By January 31, I had had it and asked for a refund. I just felt like the customer service was seriously lacking and kind of sketchy. This whole thing really left a sour taste in my mouth. I won't be buying from them again or telling others to do so.

I bought a wallet from this place, and man, do I regret it. They were all over taking my money and getting that item sent out fast, but when it came time for a return, it was a total nightmare. Couldn't reach a human on the customer service line to save my life, and my emails just sat there unanswered. Had to get my credit card company to step in and clean up the mess. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this place - their customer service is a joke.
Women's bag purchased during sale
So, even though I saw a bunch of bad reviews, I went ahead and bought a women's bag that was on sale. But then, the next day, I got an email saying that they actually ran out of stock of the item. But get this - when I checked their website, the bag was still there, but back to its original price, not the sale price. It's pretty obvious that they just didn't want to give me the discount. Plus, their customer service is basically non-existent - I couldn't get a hold of anyone, even though they're supposed to be open from 10am to 5pm EST. Long story short, stay away from this company and don't buy anything from them. I should have listened to all those negative reviews I saw online.
