LXR & CO - Reviews and experiences

My time at LXR & CO was absolutely fantastic. Despite some not so great reviews, I got my order in no time and both bags were top-notch. Been shopping there since 2016, snagging multiple fancy bags and cute leather goods at awesome prices. They always feel like a steal! I've never even had to call customer service because things just run so smoothly. I'll for sure be back to shop with them again.

So, even though I saw a bunch of bad reviews, I went ahead and bought a women's bag that was on sale. But then, the next day, I got an email saying that they actually ran out of stock of the item. But get this - when I checked their website, the bag was still there, but back to its original price, not the sale price. It's pretty obvious that they just didn't want to give me the discount. Plus, their customer service is basically non-existent - I couldn't get a hold of anyone, even though they're supposed to be open from 10am to 5pm EST. Long story short, stay away from this company and don't buy anything from them. I should have listened to all those negative reviews I saw online.
