ServiceI bought a Gucci wallet at LXR & CO. on January 10, 2023. The whole thing was such a letdown. I kept asking about my order, but all they gave me were excuses. By January 31, I had had it and asked for a refund. I just felt like the customer service was seriously lacking and kind of sketchy. This whole thing really left a sour taste in my mouth. I won't be buying from them again or telling others to do so.
