Overpriced carry-on with faulty handle
I recently bought a carry-on bag from this company that was super expensive. But man, was I let down when the handle wouldn't stay up - totally useless! I tried contacting their customer service through email on their site, and after two whole months of going back and forth, I'm still nowhere closer to getting it fixed. They just keep sending me to different emails and WhatsApp numbers, not offering any help at all. Do yourself a favour and steer clear of this company, their stuff is way too pricey for such lousy quality.
Expensive case purchased
Eh, don't waste your time with them, eh! They don't give a hoot about you at all. I asked for help with a problem and they just acted like I was invisible, eh. Such a lousy company, save your loonies, eh!
Briefcase purchase
I recently bought a briefcase and man, let me tell you, it was a huge letdown. The customer service was terrible, and the person I talked to didn't seem to know what they were doing at all. They didn't follow their own rules and straight up lied about when my order was coming. It was obvious that my stuff never even left where it came from. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this company if you want to actually get what you paid for.
Faulty backpack purchase
Eh, so I bought a backpack from this company, eh? Turns out, that thing was super cheap quality - one of the zippers broke after only a couple of times using it, eh! And to top it off, Fedex slammed me with unexpected import duties and taxes, even though the company's website said they'd cover all the fees. When I tried to talk to customer service for help, all I got was a generic email saying they passed my issue to the right department, but then, nothing! No follow-up, no solution. Honestly, it's a real shame that this bad experience means I won't be giving them any more of my business in the future.
Overpriced suitcase with faulty wheel
I'm really disappointed with the suitcase I bought from this brand. I only used it twice and already one of the wheels broke. I reached out to them back in September for a replacement, but I'm still waiting. The customer service has been terrible and the way this company treats its customers is just shocking. I suggest saving your money and buying from a brand that actually cares about their customers.
New set of luggage
I just bought some new luggage and I am so let down by the quality. The wheels keep falling off, zippers are breaking, stitching is coming undone, and the color on the fabric is fading way too fast. I used to be a fan of this brand's old stuff, but these new ones are just not cutting it. And to top it off, the customer service hasn't been much help, and they won't even honor the warranty for any of the problems I've had. I definitely wouldn't suggest buying anything from this brand because it's just not worth the money.
Repair parts
I'm really disappointed with the repair shop because they haven't been communicating with me or providing good customer service. I've been waiting for my parts for over three months now, and even though I've tried contacting them through email and WhatsApp, I haven't gotten any responses. This kind of service is not okay, and it's making me feel frustrated and like I've been taken advantage of.

I can't believe how awful that company was. The customer service was not just rude, it was downright mean. How can they treat people like that and still stay in business? It's just unbelievable. That whole experience really turned me off and I definitely won't be buying from them anymore.

I can't believe the terrible customer service I got from this company. The handle of my purchase broke within a year, so I contacted customer care for a replacement. They said they would send me a new handle, but after reaching out multiple times, I still haven't heard back from them. It's not right for a company to ignore their customers like that. Return experience
So, like I bought this thing from a store, and when I tried to return it, oh my gosh, it was a complete mess! The customer service folks, Barbara and the other one, were so unhelpful and clueless. It took them more than 3 months just to figure out my return status, can you believe it? And then they started with all these silly games or whatever, it was just weird and frustrating. Luckily, I decided to email the CEO, Attillio Briccola, and he fixed everything up real quick.
Delayed luggage order
I recently bought three pieces of luggage from this company and I have to say, I'm really disappointed with the service. It's been six weeks since I placed my order and paid for everything, but I still haven't gotten my stuff. I've tried calling and emailing them multiple times, but I haven't heard anything back. This kind of customer service is just not okay and it's making me really frustrated and let down. I can't believe that in this day and age, a company can't even tell me where my order is. If you're thinking about buying from this company, I would definitely suggest you think twice because the lack of communication and follow-up is just terrible.
Replacement part request
I got in touch with the company in late November 2023 because I needed a replacement part for the broken handle on my carry-on spinner case. It took a bit of back and forth with different service agents since there wasn't one in my country, but eventually, someone from Carucci Care helped me out. I sent them photos and product codes, paid the invoice quickly, but I'm still waiting for the part to show up. Even after following up multiple times, it hasn't arrived. When I reached out to Bric's USA for help, they couldn't assist me because I'm outside the US. As a global luggage supplier, I expected better support for my post-sales needs. It feels like there's a big gap in customer service, especially when it comes to international customers like me. I'm let down by the lack of care and help for post-sales service, especially considering the brand's reputation and prices. I'll be patient and wait for the part, but I won't be buying from this brand again.
Broken suitcase handle
The handle on my suitcase broke after only a few uses. I was really surprised to see how bad the quality was when I opened it up. It was a pain waiting for a replacement handle, it took almost a month to get here. And when it finally did, it was obvious that it was already used and damaged. I tried contacting their team about it, but they just ignored me and didn't offer any help. I definitely won't be buying from them again, and I would warn others to stay away too.
Defective luggage return
I had a pretty rough experience with a big brand recently when I tried to return a broken piece of luggage. I sent it back with FedEx and expected to get a refund, but they never got back to me. I sent a bunch of emails asking about my refund but heard nothing. It was really frustrating. And when they did finally respond, the message was rude and unhelpful. This luggage is such a letdown. I've only used it a few times and already the handle fell off and the seams are coming undone. It's pretty much brand new but looks like it's done for. It's crazy how much I paid for this only for it to fail me so quickly. I wouldn't recommend buying this luggage at all.
Luggage bag
I just bought a new suitcase at the store and I gotta say, I was super impressed with the service. Evie and Stephany, the sales gals, really knew their stuff and they went out of their way to help me pick the perfect bag. They took the time to answer all my questions and gave me all the info I needed on the product, warranty, and even different brands. Their professionalism and product knowledge really shone through and I left the store feeling happy with my purchase.
Purchased a backpack
This has gotta be the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. I ordered a backpack on January 12, 2024, and since then, it's just been terrible service all the way. I've tried reaching out to their team multiple times using different methods, and spent over 6 hours in total just trying to figure out where my order was. It wasn't until February 15, 2024 that I finally got a refund and an email from a staff member named Barbara saying that my bag somehow magically ended up back in Italy. So instead of getting my order, they gave me the option to place another one. What a joke! I even tried contacting the CEO, but nothing seemed to work. They had my money for a whole month and still couldn't manage to send me my order. Absolutely unacceptable!
Suitcase
I bought a suitcase from this company thinking it would be really good, but man, was I ever let down. After only a few months, the lock on the suitcase just up and broke on me. I reached out to customer service, hoping they would fix it for me under warranty, but nope, they just said no. They claimed the damage wasn't covered because it could have been caused by neglect or accidents, which wasn't the case at all. It's annoying that they didn't even give me a chance to explain or try to figure something out.
Wrong order received
Bric's messed up my order big time and now I'm dealing with the headache of trying to return it and get my money back. It's been over a month and their customer service is seriously the worst. They don't give a darn about the mistake they made. Definitely steer clear of this company if you can!
Two broken bags, strap buckle issues
Two Bric bags, both with buckle breaks. The first bag broke on day one! Customer service was no good, making empty promises about replacements and not responding to emails. Today, the second bag broke again with a strap buckle problem during normal use. While Bric bags may look nice, they're actually cheaply made with parts that break easily. Save your money and skip these bags, it's not worth the hassle of complaining.
