So, like I bought this thing from a store, and when I tried to return it, oh my gosh, it was a complete mess! The customer service folks, Barbara and the other one, were so unhelpful and clueless. It took them more than 3 months just to figure out my return status, can you believe it? And then they started with all these silly games or whatever, it was just weird and frustrating. Luckily, I decided to email the CEO, Attillio Briccola, and he fixed everything up real quick.

Oh my goodness, you guys, my new diamond studs are absolutely gorgeous! They arrived really quickly and even had tracking so I could follow them every step of the way. I'm so excited to show them to all my friends and family. I'm thrilled that my husband got them for me, I will definitely be shopping at this store again in the future. My buddy and I booked an apartment for our trip to Essaouira, but when we got there, we found out it had been double booked. We were stuck with no extra money and no way to fix it because Maroc Telecom is the only internet provider around. There were no flights back for 4 days, so we were in a real bind. We were let down by the lack of other places to stay and annoyed that a simple mistake like this could happen when it's all done on computers.

I just won a raffle for a pair of Awake Converse sneakers, but I was bummed when I found out I had to shell out £12 for shipping. Seems steep, especially when other brands like Converse give free shipping. My new kicks came today, but they were way too big, so I had to cough up another £9 for return shipping. That brings my total shipping costs to £21, which I think is way too much compared to other online stores that do free shipping and returns. From now on, I'll be checking out End and sites like that to avoid these crazy costs.
